技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种铸件砂芯,尤其是液压阀用铸件砂芯。
背景技术
收割机用液压阀应用于农业机械的液压控制系统,靠阀杆在主阀孔中的位置变化控制液压油的流向,对铸件的内在质量要求严格。铸件的特点为:主阀孔较长、直径较小(尺寸比一般为12:1),铁同芯的重量比大(重量比一般为15:1)。故此会引发液压阀铸件最易产生的两大缺陷:气孔和弯芯,导致铸件报废。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是尽量减少气孔和弯芯的产生。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种液压阀铸件砂芯,砂芯内包含有气路,其特征在于:所述铸件砂芯内放有8字形金属丝,砂芯内气路被8字形铁丝的其中一个环所围绕,芯骨被8字形金属丝的另一个环所围绕,所述骨芯的材质为灰铸铁。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:由于骨芯的作用,在直径很小的主阀孔内,可稳定地生产出符合工艺要求的砂芯。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施例做详细说明。
液压阀阀孔直径¢12mm,长度160mm,采用覆膜砂制芯时预埋气路针并放置骨芯4的方式。砂芯1固化后,拔出气路针形成气路2,为此设计了以下参数:气路2直径2.5mm,骨芯4直径3mm,骨芯4与气路2间距2mm。骨芯4材质为灰铸铁。用金属丝3将芯骨4绑在气路针上,采用两个捆绑点,采用8字型捆绑可较好保持间距。在制芯模具上,偏中3mm做出与气路针相匹配的孔。热芯盒合模前,放好气路针,砂芯1固化后拔出气路针即可。采用此方法充分保证了气路3和芯骨4在砂芯1中处于理想的位置,达到最佳使用效果。芯骨4的材质采用灰铸铁,比通常使用的铁丝和冷拔棍抗弯性能好。
