背景技术
船舶上需要压缩空气的地方比较多，比如气笛、快关阀等，由于新造船管路施工时，管路清理不干净，携带有铁屑、焊渣等，以及老船长时间工作后，管路内产生的铁锈，这些杂质一旦随气流进入用气设备，会严重影响用气设备的正常工作。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种过滤装置，该装置装在压缩空气管道中，对压缩空气进行过滤，有效去除杂质，避免杂质对用气设备的影响。
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：一种过滤装置，它包括滤器本体，在滤器本体内设有筛板和滤网，两者将滤器本体分隔成进气腔室、过滤腔室以及出气腔室三个腔室；所述滤器本体的两端设有进气口和出气口，所述进气口和进气腔室相连，所述出气口与出气腔室相连。
所述过滤腔室的底部设有放泄口。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型能够有效过滤压缩空气中的杂质，并可以截留压缩空气中的水份和油份，滤网结构能很好的挡住气体中的杂质，并通过底部放泄口将杂质和残夜排出。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供了一种过滤装置，它包括滤器本体1，在滤器本体1内设有筛板6和滤网7，两者将滤器本体1分隔成进气腔室2、过滤腔室3以及出气腔室4三个腔室；所述滤器本体1的两端设有进气口9和出气口5，所述进气口9和进气腔室2相连，所述出气口5与出气腔室4相连，所述过滤腔室3的底部设有放泄口8。

1.一种过滤装置，其特征是它包括滤器本体（1），在滤器本体（1）内设有筛板（6）和滤网（7），两者将滤器本体（1）分隔成进气腔室（2）、过滤腔室（3）以及出气腔室（4）三个腔室；所述滤器本体（1）的两端设有进气口（9）和出气口（5），所述进气口（9）和进气腔室（2）相连，所述出气口（5）与出气腔室（4）相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤装置，其特征是所述过滤腔室（3）的底部设有放泄口（8）。
