技术领域
本实用新型涉及焊缝检测领域,具体为一种基于双路会聚可调光路的无坡口对接焊缝检测系统。
背景技术
在焊接自动化领域内,常常需要对铝板、不锈钢板等薄板类焊缝进行自动化焊接,该类焊缝通常不开坡口,焊缝间隙为零间隙或小间隙(在0~1mm之内),并且对焊缝检测的实时性、精度和可靠性的要求都比较高(检测时间在0.05s之内,检测精度在0.05mm之内)。采用常规的线结构光焊缝检测因焊缝本身特征小,容易受到干扰的影响,难以实现实时、有效、可靠的高精度检测,影响了该类焊缝自动化焊接技术的发展。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术的缺点,本实用新型提供一种可以有效获得高对比度的焊缝图像、实现无坡口焊缝检测的基于双路会聚可调光路的无坡口对接焊缝检测系统。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:一种基于双路会聚可调光路的无坡口对接焊缝检测系统,包括成像装置和与其连接的图像控制器,在所述成像装置两侧对称设置两个光源发生装置,所述光源发生装置可与竖直方向旋转成一定角度,所述光源发生装置射出的光线经被检测板后进入所述成像装置,成像装置将成出的像传送给所述图像控制器,图像控制器将收到的像处理后得到高清焊缝检测图像。
作为优选,所述成像装置为CCD相机或CMOS相机。
作为优选,所述角度为20度~45度。
作为优选,所述两个光源发生装置的中心和所述CCD相机或CMOS相机的镜头面在同一水平面上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:利用双路会聚光路实现无坡口焊缝的检测照明,不仅可以增加光照强度,还可以消除单路光照射焊缝产生的阴影对焊缝位置检测的影响;通过调整光源的角度改变光路,实现光路会聚前的入射角度的调整,获得成像清晰度最佳的入射角度;通过调整光源的角度改变光路,实现会聚点的改变,可以实现不同位置的焊缝照明;当两条光路的会聚点在焊缝位置附近,且其角度为20度~45度时则可获得对比较高的焊缝图像。

参考图1,本实用新型实施例提供一种基于双路会聚可调光路的无坡口对接焊缝检测系统,包括成像装置1和与其连接的图像控制器3,所述成像装置为CCD相机或CMOS相机,在所述成像装置1两侧对称设置光源发生装置21和光源发生装置22,所述两个光源发生装置的中心和所述CCD相机或CMOS相机的镜头面在同一水平面上,所述光源发生装置21可与竖直方向旋转成一定角度α,所述光源发生装置22可与竖直方向旋转成一定角度β,α和β优选20度~45度,光源发生装置21射出光线210,光源发生装置22射出光线220,光线210和光线220会聚在被检测板0的焊缝00处,反射光线10再射入成像装置1成像,成像装置1将成出的像传送给所述图像控制器3,图像控制器3将收到的像处理后得到高清焊缝检测图像。
在本实用新型中,先将需要检测焊缝的铝板、不锈钢板或其他薄板水平放置在该检测系统下,将需要检测的焊缝对好CCD相机或CMOS相机的镜头,打开对称设置在CCD相机或CMOS相机两侧的光源发生装置,光源发生装置射出光线,然后旋转调整两个光源发生装置与竖直方向的角度,两束光在薄板的焊缝处会聚,其反射光经CCD相机或CMOS相机的光学镜头在CCD相机或CMOS相机上成像,CCD相机或CMOS相机将成出的像传送给所述图像控制器,图像控制器将收到的像处理后获得高对比度的焊缝图像。再通过调整两个光源的角度α 和β 可调整入射光的角度和会聚点的位置,从而对不同位置的焊缝都可以获得高对比度的图像,为了达到较好的检测效果,两条光路的会聚点应在焊缝位置附近,其角度应在20度~45度之间。该检测系统利用双路会聚光路实现无坡口焊缝的检测照明,不仅可以增加光照强度,还可以消除单路光照射焊缝产生的阴影对焊缝位置检测的影响;通过调整光源的角度改变光路,实现光路会聚前的入射角度的调整,获得成像清晰度最佳的入射角度;通过调整光源的角度改变光路,实现会聚点的改变,可以实现不同位置的焊缝照明。
