Abstract

本实用新型提供一种电子烟烟具电池,包括电芯,控制板,电芯正极触头,负极触头和绝缘圈固定环,其特征在于:电池以触碰的方式与电子烟的控制部分连通;电池与电子烟主体通过螺纹方式连接;电池为18650型锂离子,工作电压为5V。电池具有提高输出功率,外围输出负载电阻小于0.5欧姆时可以自动进行保护,确保电池安全。

电子烟烟具电池
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种吸烟用品,进一步涉及一种电子烟用品,再进一步的涉及电子烟中的电池产品。 
背景技术
“吸烟有害健康”倍受关注,但世界仍有亿万烟民,而且还在扩大的趋势不得不引起各界重视。为净化环境,公众场所禁止吸烟也成了人们的共识。于是,市场上出现了有效减少吸烟时烟碱随着香烟燃烧产生的大量焦油雾滴进入肺泡的香烟代用品,诸如“戒烟贴”、“烟碱含漱水”、“包装在有抛射剂的高压气罐喷雾剂”、“烟碱口香糖”、“烟碱饮料”等产品,这些产品虽然没有焦油的危害,但因烟碱吸收缓慢,在血液中不能建立有效的高峰浓度,不能解决需求烟碱“过瘾”的感觉,同时也剥夺了吸烟者已经养成的“抽”、“吸”的习惯,因而类似的产品不能真正的作为戒烟用品或香烟代用品。 
同时,更不能解决伏案思考写作者自然的“抽”、“吸”的习惯,因此,实用新型电子烟装置便能有效解决上述问题。 
常规的电子烟电池主要包死在电子烟内部,并且为了提高输出烟雾量,在电池的控制部分添加了控制线路,在整体组装时增加了物料成本和人工成本还给装配增加了作业难度。而且在使用到没电后需要通过螺纹或者尾部充电口进行充电。在充电过程中又不可以抽烟。携带外出时在没有电源的情况下只可以使用一个循环,并且还要等待充满电后才可使用。 
实用新型内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种同时具有吸、抽功能,且能够有效充 电的的电子烟电池装置。 
本实用新型提供一种电子烟烟具电池,包括电芯,控制板,电芯正极触头,负极触头和绝缘圈固定环,其中电池以触碰的方式与电子烟的控制部分连通;电池与电子烟主体通过螺纹方式连接;电池为18650型锂离子,工作电压为5V。 
优选的,电池内部以电子线焊接的方式与控制部分连通,所述控制板与电池正触头部分以电子线焊接的方式与电芯连接。 
优选的,所述18650型锂离子电池具有检测负载电阻小于0.5欧姆保护电路。 
优选的,所述18650型锂离子电池输出电压一直保持在5V。 
优选的,所述18650型锂离子输出功率在5至12瓦之间。 
优选的,所述18650型锂离子外部可以直接用4.2V充电。 
优选的,所述18650型锂离子电池输出负载大于0.5欧姆时,电池会自动升高输出功率。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于: 
(1)通过配备18650型锂离子电池升压5V电池,方便进行更换以及提高了电子烟的总使用时间; 
(2)通过配备18650型锂离子电池升压5V电池,雾化器工作时电流超过一定电流就进行保护。 
(3)通过配备18650型锂离子电池升压5V电池,可以更好减少控制线路因烟油和水蒸气造成破坏以保证电子烟的使用寿命。 
(4)通过配备18650型锂离子电池升压5V电池,可以减小电子烟电子烟电池的设计难度。

具体实施方式
图1-2所示,烟具电池的所述18650型锂离子电池电池内部以电子线焊接的方式与控制部分连通,所述控制板与电池正触头部分以电子线焊接的方式与电芯连接,所述18650型锂离子电池电池具有电芯5,正极触头1,绝缘圈2,固定环3,绝缘片4,控制板7,负极触头8,他们均包容在钢管6内。 
所采用的电芯是市场上多次性可反复充电的标准的电子烟电池;带有短路及大电流保护功能,当负载内阻小于0.5欧姆时就保护,保护时电池处于关闭电芯输出,每次使用不固定时间,可以一直输出。 
18650型锂离子电池电池还具有低电压保护功能;当内部电芯电压低于3.2V时,停止输出低电压保护功能生效中; 
充电时,使用4.2V500MA的充电器充电。 
本实用新型主要针对电子烟的电池所进行的改进,以上所述仅为本实用新型较佳实施例而已,非因此即局限本实用新型的专利范围,故举凡用本实用新型说明书及图式内容所为的简易变化及等效变换,均应包含于本实用新型的专利范围内。 

Claims (7)

1.一种电子烟烟具电池,包括电芯,控制板,电芯正极触头,负极触头和绝缘圈固定环,其特征在于:
电池以触碰的方式与电子烟的控制部分连通;
电池与电子烟主体通过螺纹方式连接;
电池为18650型锂离子,工作电压为5V。
2.根据权利要求1所述电子烟烟具电池,其特征在于:电池内部以电子线焊接的方式与控制部分连通,所述控制板与电池正触头部分以电子线焊接的方式与电芯连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述电子烟烟具电池,其特征在于:所述18650型锂离子电池具有检测负载电阻小于0.5欧姆保护电路。
4.根据权利要求1所述电子烟烟具电池,其特征在于:所述18650型锂离子电池输出电压一直保持在5V。
5.根据权利要求1所述电子烟烟具电池,其特征在于:所述18650型锂离子输出功率在5至12瓦之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述电子烟烟具电池,其特征在于:所述18650型锂离子外部可以直接用4.2V充电。
7.根据权利要求1所述电子烟烟具电池,其特征在于:所述18650型锂离子电池输出负载大于0.5欧姆时,电池会自动升高输出功率。
