背景技术
目前,电动搬运车运用于室内的大型货物的装卸和搬运,随着物流事业的蓬勃发展,大型货物室内电动搬运车运用越来越普及化,为缩减人力资源的投入和减少人身安全事故的发生,全面自动化无人电动搬运车发展是一个大趋势,传统的电磁导航、光学导航和激光导航等,具有路线施工时间长、费用高、路径的改变和扩充困难以及地面要求平整程度高等一系列的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供电动搬运车室内定位系统,设计合理,简单可靠,成本低,能够有效地解决传统导航路线造价高和路线难以更改和扩充的问题,不受仓库光线的影响,低功耗,无需在仓库布置线缆,能够满足当前工业发展的需求。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本实用新型采用如下方案:电动搬运车室内定位系统,包括分布设在室内各角落的信标ZIGBEE传感器节点、设在电动搬运车上的未知ZIGBEE传感器节点,所述信标ZIGBEE传感器节点与未知ZIGBEE传感器节点通过设在室内一侧或电动搬运车上的电脑终端计算并确定方位。
作为优选,所述电动搬运车上设有若干红外线报警器,从而能够避免在运输的过程中货物掉落而遭碾压。
作为优选,所述红外线报警器采用两个,分设在电动搬运车的一对顶角上,从而能够探测电动搬运车的四周,避免某些角落被遗漏。
作为优选,所述电动搬运车上设有天线,从而能够确保电动搬运车能够收到信号,确保运行过程的连续性,运行的连续性同时可以使货物放置更加稳定。
作为优选,所述天线设在电动搬运车的顶部中央,从而能够均匀地收到室内各个角落发出的信号。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,电动搬运车室内定位系统,包括分布设在室内1各角落的信标ZIGBEE传感器节点2、设在电动搬运车3上的未知ZIGBEE传感器节点4,所述信标ZIGBEE传感器节点2与未知ZIGBEE传感器节点4通过设在室内1一侧或电动搬运车3上的电脑终端5计算并确定方位,所述电动搬运车3上设有若干红外线报警器6,所述红外线报警器6采用两个,分设在电动搬运车3的一对顶角上,所述电动搬运车3上设有天线7,所述天线7设在电动搬运车3的顶部中央。
实际工作时,预先在室内1各个角落布置上信标ZIGBEE传感器节点2,则整个室内1构成了一个局部ZIGBEE无线传感网络,通过ZIGBEE协议将次局域网络与电脑终端5连接起来,电脑终端5根据信标ZIGBEE传感器节点2模拟出室内1的具体位置环境,将一未知ZIGBEE传感器节点4安装在无人电动搬运车3上,通过电脑对未知ZIGBEE传感器节点4与信标ZIGBEE传感器节点2之间的距离方位,来确定未知ZIGBEE传感器节点4在室内1的确切位置,即车身的位置所在,根据实际路线要求,将未知ZIGBEE传感器节点4在局域网络的路线设计在电脑终端5,电脑终端5控制搬运车的实际行进路线,最终达到目的地,红外线报警器6安装在电动搬运车3上,随时感应货物的运输状态,在货物掉落时,能够发出警报,继而操作人员到相应位置进行货物整理,避免了货物被电动搬运车3碾压,天线7的设置确保了电动搬运车3能够收到信号,确保运行过程的连续性,运行的连续性同时可以使货物放置更加稳定。

1.电动搬运车室内定位系统,其特征在于:包括分布设在室内(1)各角落的信标ZIGBEE传感器节点(2)、设在电动搬运车(3)上的未知ZIGBEE传感器节点(4),所述信标ZIGBEE传感器节点(2)与未知ZIGBEE传感器节点(4)通过设在室内(1)一侧或电动搬运车(3)上的电脑终端(5)计算并确定方位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动搬运车室内定位系统,其特征在于:所述电动搬运车(3)上设有若干红外线报警器(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电动搬运车室内定位系统,其特征在于:所述红外线报警器(6)采用两个,分设在电动搬运车(3)的一对顶角上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动搬运车室内定位系统,其特征在于:所述电动搬运车(3)上设有天线(7)。
