背景技术：
受机械通风原因，巷帮每时每刻都在吸附粉尘，若不进行除尘，当达到一定程度时容易引起事故或扩大其他灾害事故的影响。因此为减少粉尘积聚，需每天对巷帮进行冲刷降尘，消除积尘带来的危害。
目前，巷帮防尘由人工使用长约30米水管反复喷洒，由于水管成一水柱，即浪费了人工，又不能保证洒水效果。因此，需设计一套洒水装置，即能够实现快速洒水，又能保证洒水效果，还能节省人员。
发明内容
为了解决设计煤矿井下巷道机械化喷雾洒水问题，本实用新型提供一种轻便喷雾洒水车。
一种矿井巷道轻便喷雾洒水车，其特征在于，它是在一个轨道车底盘上布置有水箱、直流电动机、叶片泵和洒水管；叶片泵由直流电动机拖动；叶片泵进水口与水箱水源连接，出水口与洒水管连通；在洒水管上间隔设有喷头，组成雾化洒水器，喷头的喷洒面积应覆盖整个巷道断面。
本实用新型的优点是：使用时由电瓶车拖动，直流电动机由电瓶车供电，由电瓶车司机启动电动机将水加压，拖动洒水车慢速前行，通过洒水管向巷帮喷洒，保持洒水效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种矿井巷道轻便喷雾洒水车，它是在一个轨道车底盘1上布置有水箱2、直流电动机3、叶片泵4和洒水管5，在洒水管上间隔设有喷头6，组成雾化洒水器，喷头6的喷洒面积应覆盖整个巷道断面。
从图中还看出，轨道车底盘1两端各安设一个水箱2并固定牢固。两水箱2中间处安装设一台DJZB2-4.5型直流电动机3，此电机就地取材，采用2.5T矿用电瓶车电动机，完全符合矿井使用规定，功率3500W，转速960r/min。直流电动机3输出端安装皮带式传动轮作为主动轮（直径250mm），主动轮通过皮带传至从动轮（直径200mm），从动轮与单级叶片泵4相连为叶片泵提供动力。叶片泵4进水口与水箱2水源连接，加压的压力水与洒水管5连通；洒水管5每隔100mm安设一个喷头6，组成雾化洒水器。
