背景技术
随着中国高铁技术的发展，高速动车组技术已日趋成熟，但目前缺少能够适应高寒地区运行的具有防冰雪功能的高速动车组转向架用弹簧系统防雪装置，因此，实用新型一种能够满足高寒运行要求的高速动车组用弹簧系统防雪装置是十分必要的，该装置可有效填补空气弹簧上盖板与胶囊之间的空隙，避免了大量的冰雪进入该间隙，从而保证了车辆运行时空气弹簧发挥正常的运行功能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是对高速动车组用空气弹簧进行防冰雪保护，使空气弹簧在冰雪天气运用时，不受积冰积雪的影响，从而保证其正常的运行性能。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种高速动车组用弹簧系统防雪机构，其特征在于：在空簧胶囊和空簧上盖板扣板外周随空簧胶囊和空簧上盖板扣板外形设一整体硫化结构的耐低温防雪罩，耐低温防雪罩通过外侧的吊环及喉箍同时与空簧上盖板扣板及空簧上盖板固定连接。
本实用新型采用整体硫化结构的耐低温防雪罩通过占用空簧与上盖板之间的空间，从而有效避免了冰雪进入，保证了空气弹簧的使用性能，能够满足-40℃的运用要求。
