背景技术
在生产过程中随着杂质的积聚，须将杂质过滤清除，换网器中的过滤网必须定时清洗更换。以往的换网器需要生产线停机后完成更换工作，严重影响生产线的工作效率及产品的质量。后有人发明了抽取式在线更换换网器，虽然可以实现生产线连续工作，但是在更换时由于管道内压力较大，经常会冲压使得过滤网变形甚至损坏，且容易漏浆，发生泄漏。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术中的不足而提供一种挤出机自动换网装置，通过两个等同的出口交替工作，避免在换网过程中发生泄漏或者损坏过滤网，结构合理、操作简单。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种挤出机电动换网装置，包括三通管件、过滤件、阻隔件，三通管件的第一出口由内到外安装第一阻隔件、第一过滤件，三通管件的第二出口由内到外安装第二阻隔件、第二过滤件，所述的阻隔件及过滤件均与液压驱动装置连接。
作为本实用新型所述的挤出机自动换网装置的一种优选方案，所述的第一出口和第二出口均设有滑道，阻隔件和过滤件沿滑道滑动。

如图所示，一种挤出机自动换网装置，包括三通管件1，三通管件的第一出口由内到外安装第一阻隔件21、第一过滤件31，三通管件的第二出口由内到外安装第二阻隔件22、第二过滤件32，第一出口和第二出口均设有滑道，阻隔件和过滤件沿滑道滑动，所述的阻隔件及过滤件均与液压驱动装置4连接，使用时将第二阻隔件22及第二过滤件32关闭，第二出口呈封闭状态，打开第一阻隔件21同时放下第一过滤件31，此时物料经第一出口外的第一过滤件31过滤，当第一过滤件31需要清洗及更换时，关闭第一阻隔件21同时打开第二阻隔件22，物料经第二出口处的第二过滤件32过滤，以此类推实现连续过滤工作，所述的过滤件、阻隔件均为法兰式，有效的防止物料的泄漏。
