(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车轮毂轴承及其单元的改进,属汽车传动系的关键部件。
(二)背景技术
汽车轮毂轴承及其单元,主要作用是为汽车提供支承,并为汽车轮毂的转动提供精确的引导。
随着科技的进步,汽车轮毂轴承被安装到汽车的过程由人工逐渐被自动或半自动的流水线替代;汽车产业链庞大,从业人员素质参差不齐,未经过正规化培训的从业人员远远超过经正规培训的人员数;并且随着经济的全球化,每个轴承均有可能会被运送到世界的每个角落,运送方式多样化距离长远化,轴承的运输可靠性不确定。自动化程度的提高、操作人员的操作能力、以及适应产品长距离运输,这对轴承本身在被真正安装到汽车上之前的状态保持提出了较高的要求,相关零件不移位、不脱开、不易被损坏。
目前,大多数汽车轮毂轴承两内圈之间无联结固定物,部分产品是依靠轴承自身的密封圈将轴承内组件阻挡以使其不掉出,这对轴承密封件是一种破坏,而且在长距离不同方式运输过程中极易产生内组件连同密封件从轴承掉出的情况;再是由于轴承内组件在在轴承内部处于相对自由状态,随着长距离运输振动,易产生蠕动磨损;也有的是在客户安装时稍有不慎导致车轴将轴承其中一侧内组件连同密封件一起顶落,使产品失效——不少主机厂也已提出这方面的要求,以利于主机厂的装配。
因此,将轴承设计为带锁环结合异型锁槽的结构,以使轴承避免上述情况的产生,这对于减小轴承的非使用性的失效很有必要。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的是解决双列圆锥滚子轴承在长距离、多方式运输过程中以及在主机厂维修站等对轴承的装配过程中,避免因受冲击或在被不规范安装时产生内组件脱离轴承使轴承未经使用即失效的情况,通过设计一种带锁环结合锁槽结构的双列圆锥滚子轴承来解决。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种带锁环结合锁槽结构的新型双列圆锥滚子轴承,其包括一个双滚道外圈、单滚道内圈、两列滚动体、两个尼龙保持架、两组密封件,圆锥滚子通过尼龙保持架安装在单滚道内圈和双滚道外圈之间,两列圆锥滚子相对双滚道外圈径向对称设置,在双滚道外圈外与单滚道内圈的外连接处设有密封件,轴承内部空隙处填充轮毂轴承专用润滑脂,其特征在于:在两个单滚道内圈上均设有锁槽,并通过锁环锁紧。
锁槽设有角度5°~10°及0°~5°,且锁槽外部与轴承端面相接的部位设有50°角。
本实用新型的优点:
1、轴承两内圈之间增设一弹性锁环锁紧结构,使轴承两内圈联成一体,避免轴承密封受到损坏,且由于两内圈被紧固在一起,避免了蠕动磨损。
2、在轴承内圈近小端的外径上设计一锁槽,锁槽带有的角度5°~10°及0°~5°,且锁槽外部与轴承端面相接的部位设有50°角,使轴承锁环、锁槽之间联结可靠,避免了非轴承使用因素引起的非正常失效。

下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,但本实用新型的保护范围并不限于此。
参照图1, 一种带锁环结合锁槽结构的新型双列圆锥滚子轴承主要包括一个双滚道外圈、单滚道内圈、两列滚动体、两个轴承保持架、一个弹性锁环、两组密封件,圆锥滚子通过尼龙保持架安装在单滚道内圈和双滚道外圈之间,两列圆锥滚子相对双滚道外圈径向对称设置,在双滚道外圈外与单滚道内圈的外连接处设有密封件,一边由防尘盖和密封圈组成的密封件,另一边密封件是挡油片,由轴承内部空隙处填充轮毂轴承专用润滑脂。其特征在于:在两个单滚道内圈上均设有异型锁槽,并用锁环锁紧。
参照图2,一种带锁环结合锁槽结构的新型双列圆锥滚子轴承内圈近小端的外径上设计一锁槽,锁槽带有特定的角度5°~10°及0°~5°,且锁槽外部与轴承端面相接的部位设有50°角,使轴承锁环、锁槽之间联结可靠,避免了非轴承使用因素引起的非正常失效。

1.一种带锁环结合异型锁槽结构的新型双列圆锥滚子轴承,其包括一个双滚道外圈、单滚道内圈、两列滚动体、两个尼龙保持架、两组密封件,圆锥滚子通过尼龙保持架安装在单滚道内圈和双滚道外圈之间,两列圆锥滚子相对双滚道外圈径向对称设置,在双滚道外圈外与单滚道内圈的外连接处设有密封件,轴承内部空隙处填充轮毂轴承专用润滑脂,其特征在于:在两个单滚道内圈上均设有异型锁槽,并通过锁环锁紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带锁环结合异型锁槽结构的新型双列圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:锁槽设有角度5°~10°及0°~5°,且锁槽外部与轴承端面相接的部位设有50°角。
