本实用新型提出了一种排液泵,包括电机室;具有驱动轴的电机,设置于所述电机室内;叶轮和接合件,所述叶轮通过该接合件安装于所述驱动轴上;所述接合件具有用于容纳所述驱动轴的通孔,所述叶轮具有用于紧密容纳所述接合件的凹槽;其特点是所述接合件上具有销;所述叶轮设有用于紧密接纳该销的孔。如此,叶轮与接合件之间的连接更加牢靠,使得叶轮安装后的运转速度不会受到不好的影响,保证了整个排液泵的正常排放功能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种排放液体的泵,尤其是排水泵。
本实用新型还涉及具有上述泵的家用电器,尤其是洗碗机或洗衣机。
背景技术
现有排放液体泵的传统结构中,驱动轴连同电机的转子在转子室内旋转,而泵的叶轮在液压室内旋转,具体结构可以参见欧洲专利申请EP2455614A2。叶轮一般是直接安装在电机旋转轴上的,但现有技术中出现叶轮通过连接件而安装于电机旋转轴上的,具体结构方案可以参见欧洲专利申请EP0800012B1;如此无论叶轮结构如何,转子模块可以顺利地安装进入电机内部,不会影响到电机的组装过程。但是叶轮通过连接件安装到电机转轴上可能出现相互间连接可靠性问题和影响叶轮转速的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有改进结构的排液泵,保证了排液泵叶轮安装结构的牢靠性和叶轮的正常运转。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提出了一种排液泵,包括电机室;具有驱动轴的电机,设置于所述电机室内;叶轮和接合件,所述叶轮通过该接合件安装于所述驱动轴上;所述接合件具有用于容纳所述驱动轴的通孔,所述叶轮具有用于紧密容纳所述接合件的凹槽;其特点是所述接合件上具有销;所述叶轮设有用于紧密接纳该销的孔。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述接合件包括中空的柱体部和圆盘部;所述通孔设置于该圆盘部中心;所述柱体部紧密容纳于所述叶轮凹槽内,所述销设置于所述圆盘部上并朝向所述叶轮轴向延伸。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述柱体部外表面上设有卡锁部,所述叶轮上则设有与该卡锁部配合并用于紧密接纳该卡锁部的卡锁槽。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述卡锁部具有两个以上且均匀圆周分布于所述柱体外圆周面上。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述卡锁部具有第一台阶和第二台阶。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述柱体部的外表面与所述凹槽内侧面紧密贴合,所述柱体部的端面与所述凹槽底部表面紧密贴合。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述销具有两个以上且均匀圆周分布于所述圆盘部上。
此外,本发明还提出了一种带水运行的家用电器,特别是洗碗机或洗衣机,其包括如以上任一项所述的排放液体的泵。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型改进之处在于叶轮与接合件之间的连接更加牢靠,使得叶轮安装后的运转速度不会受到不好的影响,保证了整个排液泵的正常排放功能。
接下去将以带水运行的家用电器被实施为洗碗机作为最佳实施例来详细说明本发明。但这并不表示本实用新型的保护范围只是局限于洗碗机。

具体实施方式
图1所示的洗碗机GS包括充当洗涤容器的内部空间IR,可以借助于门(未标示)打开和关闭该内部空间,该门可以枢转地连接到洗碗机GS上,以用于装载和卸载目的。用于接收待清洁的物品的餐具篮GK设置在洗碗机GS的内部空间IR中,且该待清洁的物品可从洗碗机GS的内部空间IR移除,以便于装载和卸载。
为了清洁存放在餐具篮GK中的待清洁的物品,被实施为用于向待清洁的物品施加流体的喷淋臂SA的喷淋装置设置在洗碗机GS的内部空间IR中,其中,流体可为施加有例如清洁剂或冲洗主剂的水,以便从而能实现对待清洁的物品的清洁作用和/或无斑痕的干燥。从待清洁的物品滴落的流体收集在泵池PS中,该泵池设置在洗碗机GS的内部空间IR的底部区域中。在泵池PS中还设有过滤装置(未标示),污物或颗粒可借助于该过滤装置从循环流体中分离出来。
喷淋臂SA借助于供给管路ZL以流体传导方式连接到循环泵UP,该循环泵UP与洗碗机GS的内部空间IR下方的底部组件BO中的其他洗碗机构件邻近地设置。在操作过程中,即在循环泵UP运行中时,循环泵UP吸入收集在泵池PS中的流体,且将流体通过供给管路ZL传送到喷淋臂SA。在本示例性实施例中,为了加热通过该循环泵UP的流体,循环泵UP包括用于加热流体的集成式的水加热系统WZ。可选地,也可提供单独的连续式水加热其或其他水加热系统来加热流体。此外,洗碗机GS中还设有排放液体的泵LP,用于排放洗碗机GS的内部空间IR的液体,该排放液体的泵LP可以流体传导方式连接到泵池PS,且还可能连接到家用废水排放管网中的水排放管路EL。
如图2所示,用于排放洗碗机内部空间IR内的液体的排放液体泵LP,包括一电机室10,在该电机室10内安装有具有旋转轴21的电机20。旋转轴21伸出电机室10的一端上安装有叶轮30,且叶轮30是通过接合件40安装到旋转轴21上。接合件40上具有通孔41,当接合件40安装于旋转轴21上时,旋转轴21紧密嵌入通孔41内部而使得接合件40牢靠固定于旋转轴21上。叶轮30再安装到接合件40上而实现叶轮30安装到旋转轴21上。当电机20工作时候,叶轮30在旋转轴40的带动下高速旋转,从而排放液体。
结合图3所示,接合件40包括具有中空通孔41的柱体部42和与之一体成型的圆盘部43。柱体部41的外表面421上设有卡锁部45,该卡锁部45上具有第一台阶451和第二台阶452,卡锁部45具有多个且均匀圆周分布于柱体部外表面421上。叶轮30上设有与该卡锁部45相匹配的卡锁槽33,用于紧密接纳卡锁部45,实现紧密卡锁。圆盘部43上设有朝向叶轮30轴向延伸的销44,且销44也为多个并均匀圆周分布于圆盘部43上。叶轮30上还设有与该销44相匹配的孔32,用于紧密接纳销44。
结合图4所示,接合件40的通孔41贯穿结合件柱体部42和圆盘部43并处于中心线位置。当接合件40安装在旋转轴21上,叶轮30安装到接合件40上,接合件柱体部42的外表面421与凹槽31的内侧面311紧密贴合,柱体部42的端面422与凹槽31的底部表面312也紧密贴合。卡锁槽33设计为可接纳卡锁部45的第一台阶面451和第二台阶面452的形状结构。通过销44与孔32的固定配合和卡锁部45与卡锁槽33的固定配合,实现了叶轮30与接合件40之间的连接更加牢靠,使得叶轮30安装后的运转速度不会受到不好的影响,保证了整个排液泵的正常排放功能。

Claims (9)

1.一种排液泵,包括电机室(10);
具有驱动轴的电机(20),设置于所述电机室内(10);
叶轮(30)和接合件(40),所述叶轮(30)通过该接合件(40)安装于所述驱动轴(21)上;
所述接合件(40)具有用于容纳所述驱动轴(21)的通孔(41),所述叶轮(30)具有用于紧密容纳所述接合件(40)的凹槽(31);
其特征在于,所述接合件(40)上具有销(44);所述叶轮(40)设有用于紧密接纳该销(44)的孔(32)。
2.如权利要求1所述的排液泵,其特征在于,所述接合件(10)包括中空的柱体部(42)和圆盘部(43);所述通孔(41)设置于该圆盘部(43)中心;所述柱体部(42)紧密容纳于所述叶轮凹槽(31)内,所述销(44)设置于所述圆盘部(43)上并朝向所述叶轮(30)轴向延伸。
3.如权利要求2所述的排液泵,其特征在于,所述柱体部(42)外表面(421)上设有卡锁部(45),所述叶轮(30)上则设有与该卡锁部(45)配合并用于紧密接纳该卡锁部(45)的卡锁槽(33)。
4.如权利要求3所述的排液泵,其特征在于,所述卡锁部(45)具有两个以上且均匀圆周分布于所述柱体(42)外圆周面上。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的排液泵,其特征在于,所述卡锁部(45)具有第一台阶(451)和第二台阶(452)。
6.如权利要求2所述的排液泵,其特征在于,所述柱体部(42)的外表面(421)与所述凹槽(31)内侧面(311)紧密贴合,所述柱体部(42)的端面(422)与所述凹槽(31)底部表面(312)紧密贴合。
7.如权利要求2所述的排液泵,其特征在于,所述销(44)具有两个以上且均匀圆周分布于所述圆盘部(43)上。
8.一种带水运行的家用电器,其特征在于包括如以上任一权利要求所述的排液泵(LP)。
9.如权利要求8所述的带水运行家用电器,其特征在于,该家用电器是一种洗碗机(GS)或洗衣机。
