本实用新型涉及一种防爆圆筒薄壁蓄电池箱，主要结构包括箱体、箱体前盖、箱体后盖、防爆密封盖、电缆引入组件、紧固螺栓、成组蓄电池、电缆接线板、环形塑胶密封垫，箱体采用整体密封结构，并设有防爆密封装置，电缆引入在箱体外部，箱体内蓄电池成组排列，此箱设计先进，结构紧凑，安全防爆性能好，箱体为筒形薄壁，重量轻，体积小，蓄电能量大，是十分理想的防爆薄壁蓄电池箱。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及防爆圆筒薄壁蓄电池箱，属煤矿井下胶轮车零部件设计与制造的技术领域。
背景技术
在煤矿井下使用着大量的防爆胶轮车，胶轮车对燃料的需求量较大、同时燃料燃烧易造成井下空气污染，还会带来安全隐患。
为了使防爆胶轮车能够在煤矿井下安全运转，减少燃油消耗，防止污染环境，常会选用蓄电池做胶轮车的动力来源。
目前，防爆胶轮车使用的蓄电池箱大都较笨重、体积大、功率低、防爆性能差，能量损失严重，给胶轮车的安全作业带来很大困难。
发明内容
发明目的
本实用新型目的是针对背景技术的不足，设计一种新的胶轮车的薄壁圆筒防爆蓄电池箱，以减少体积、减轻重量，提高防爆性能和功率。 
技术方案
本实用新型主要结构包括：箱体、箱体前盖、箱体后盖、防爆密封盖、电缆引入组件、紧固螺栓、成组蓄电池、电缆接线板、环形塑胶密封垫；
蓄电池箱为长圆筒形，箱体为薄壁圆筒，箱体的后部为箱体后盖，箱体的前部设有防爆密封盖，并由紧固螺栓密封固定，在防爆密封盖的前部为电缆接线板，在电缆接线板上设有第一电缆引入组件、第二电缆引入组件、第三电缆引入组件，在电缆接线板的前部为箱体前盖；在箱体内置放成组电池。
所述的防爆密封盖为圆环形，防爆密封盖内设有环形塑胶密封垫。
有益效果
本实用新型与背景技术相比具有明显的先进性，是针对煤矿井下胶轮车蓄电池箱体积大、较笨重、防爆性能差、容量小的情况，设计的一种防爆薄壁蓄电池箱，箱体采用整体密封结构，并设有防爆密封装置，电缆引入在箱体外部、箱体内蓄电池成组排列，此箱为筒形薄壁，重量轻、体积小、蓄电能量大，是十分理想的防爆薄壁蓄电池箱。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明：
图1，2，3，4所示，为蓄电池箱整体结构图，各部位置、连接关系要正确，安装牢固，严格密封。
蓄电池箱为长圆筒形，箱体1为薄壁圆筒，箱体1的后部为箱体后盖3，箱体1的前部设有防爆密封盖4，并由紧固螺栓8固定，在防爆密封盖4的前部为电缆接线板10，在电缆接线板10上设有第一电缆引入组件5、第二电缆引入组件6、第三电缆引入组件7，在电缆接线板10的前部为箱体前盖2；在箱体1内置放成组蓄电池9。
图5所示，为防爆密封盖结构图，防爆密封盖4为圆环形，内部设有环形塑胶密封垫11，起密封防爆作用。

1.一种防爆圆筒薄壁蓄电池箱，其特征在于：主要结构包括：箱体、箱体前盖、箱体后盖、防爆密封盖、电缆引入组件、紧固螺栓、成组蓄电池、电缆接线板、环形塑胶密封垫；
蓄电池箱为长圆筒形，箱体为薄壁圆筒，箱体的后部为箱体后盖，箱体的前部设有防爆密封盖，并由紧固螺栓密封固定，在防爆密封盖的前部为电缆接线板，在电缆接线板上设有第一电缆引入组件、第二电缆引入组件、第三电缆引入组件，在电缆接线板的前部为箱体前盖；在箱体内置放成组蓄电池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆圆筒薄壁蓄电池箱，其特征在于：所述的防爆密封盖为圆环形，防爆密封盖内设有环形塑胶密封垫。
