本实用新型公开了一种双层箍筋约束水泥基复合材料空心预制构件,其特征是:包括构件主体,构件主体内部带有通孔,所述构件主体内围绕通孔径向依次分布有内层箍筋和外层箍筋,所述内层箍筋和外层箍筋均竖向设置。在实用新型中,构件具有内层箍筋和外层箍筋,箍筋具有抗剪切、防止裂缝以及防止裂缝在表面扩大的作用,而双层箍筋的设置更可提高砌块的抗剪切力和强度,进一步限制混凝土内部裂缝的发展,提高砌块的粘结度。

本实用新型涉及一种双层箍筋约束水泥基复合材料空心预制构件。
背景技术
传统建筑物构件都用了一层箍筋(沿构件通孔径向),这种构件用于承受剪切力小且强度要求不高的位置时还能够胜任,但是不适于用在对抗剪切力和强度要求高的位置。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种强度和承载力更高、造价更低的双层箍筋约束水泥基复合材料空心预制构件。
为此,本实用新型提供的双层箍筋约束水泥基复合材料空心预制构件,包括构件主体,构件主体内部带有通孔,所述构件主体内围绕通孔径向依次分布有内层箍筋和外层箍筋,所述内层箍筋和外层箍筋均竖向设置。
在实用新型中,砌块内设置了双层箍筋,可提高强度和承载力,使同界面强度可提高10%-20%, 还可以实现高韧性、提高抗震性能,改变混凝土脆性,变形同比提高30%以上减轻自重,同时由于内部通孔的设置减少了材料可降低造价。

如图1所示,本实用新型第一种实施例提供的双层箍筋约束水泥基复合材料空心预制构件,包括构件主体1,构件主体1内部带有通孔2,所述构件主体1内围绕通孔2径向依次分布有内层箍筋3和外层箍筋4,所述内层箍筋3和外层箍筋4均竖向设置。构件截面呈圆环状,所述通孔2呈圆形,构件主体1内的内层箍筋3和外层箍筋4呈与主体匹配的圆形分布。
如图2所示,本实用新型第二种实施例提供的双层箍筋约束水泥基复合材料空心预制构件与第一种实施例的区别仅在于:所述构件截面呈带方形孔的方形状,构件主体内的内层箍筋3和外层箍筋4呈与构件主体1匹配的方形分布。
如图3所示,本实用新型第三种实施例提供的双层箍筋约束水泥基复合材料空心预制构件与第一种实施例的区别仅在于:所述构件外表面呈方形,所述构件内部通孔2呈圆形,所述构件主体1内的内层箍筋3呈与内部通孔2匹配的圆形,所述外层箍筋4呈与构件主体1匹配的方形。

1.一种双层箍筋约束水泥基复合材料空心预制构件,其特征是:包括构件主体,构件主体内部带有通孔,所述构件主体内围绕通孔径向依次分布有内层箍筋和外层箍筋,所述内层箍筋和外层箍筋均竖向设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层箍筋约束水泥基复合材料空心预制构件,其特征是:所述构件截面呈圆环状,所述通孔呈圆形,构件主体内的内层箍筋和外层箍筋呈与主体匹配的圆形分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双层箍筋约束水泥基复合材料空心预制构件,其特征是:所述构件截面呈带方形孔的方形状,构件主体内的内层箍筋和外层箍筋呈与构件主体匹配的方形分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双层箍筋约束水泥基复合材料空心预制构件,其特征是:所述构件外表面呈方形,所述构件内部通孔呈圆形,所述构件主体内的内层箍筋呈与内部通孔匹配的圆形,所述外层箍筋呈与构件主体匹配的方形。
