本实用新型涉及一种工装,特别涉及一种用于齿轮内孔键槽线切割加工的工装。
背景技术
与轴联接的齿轮的内孔通常设有键槽,为提高键槽精度,近年来键槽在很多情况下都是采用线切割加工的方式来进行加工。齿轮键槽的线切割加工工序为:齿轮放置在线切割机的工作台上,将线切割钢丝从上往下穿过齿轮的内孔后再穿过工作台,然后线切割钢丝在程序控制下进行切割动作,最后完成齿轮内孔键槽的线切割加工。缺点是,线切割机每次只能对一个齿轮的键槽进行加工,生产速度慢,而且齿轮的装卸及线切割钢丝的穿线操作要反复进行,工作效率低,工人劳动强度大。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种能够使线切割机一次性对多个齿轮的内孔键槽同时进行线切割加工,提高工作效率,减轻工人劳动强度的齿轮键槽成组线切割工装。
为此,本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:一种齿轮键槽成组线切割工装,其特征在于:包括底盘和连接在底盘上方的用于齿轮内孔定位的定位芯轴,定位芯轴的外径与齿轮内孔的内径相匹配,定位芯轴的长度尺寸与多个齿轮叠加的厚度尺寸相当,所述定位芯轴的外圆柱面上设有从上往下贯彻整个外圆柱面的轴向长槽,轴向长槽的底部向下延伸与底盘设有的竖向通孔相互贯通。
采用上述技术方案的工装后,齿轮键槽的线切割加工工序为:多个齿轮叠加套设在定位芯轴后再一起随底盘放置到线切割机工作台上,将线切割钢丝从上往下穿过轴向长槽(相当于所有齿轮的内孔)及竖向通孔后再穿过工作台,然后线切割钢丝在程序控制下进行切割动作,这样最后完成的齿轮键槽的线切割加工就是所有齿轮键槽的线切割加工,从而大大提高工作效率,减轻工人劳动强度。
为提高多个齿轮键槽同时线切割加工过程的稳定性,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:所述底盘下端连接有配重盘,所述配重盘的中心设有套孔,所述底盘下端设有凸台,所述凸台置于套孔内由套孔对其进行径向定位。

参照附图,这种齿轮键槽成组线切割工装,包括底盘4和连接在底盘4上方的用于齿轮3内孔定位的定位芯轴1,定位芯轴1的外径与齿轮3内孔的内径相匹配,定位芯轴1的长度尺寸与多个齿轮3叠加的厚度尺寸相当,所述定位芯轴1的外圆柱面上设有从上往下贯彻整个外圆柱面的轴向长槽2,轴向长槽2的底部向下延伸与底盘4设有的竖向通孔7相互贯通,所述底盘4下端通过螺钉9连接有配重盘6,所述配重盘6的中心设有套孔8,所述底盘4下端设有凸台5,所述凸台置5于套孔8内由套孔8对其进行径向定位。
采用本实用新型工装后,齿轮键槽的线切割加工工序为:多个齿轮叠加套设在定位芯轴后再一起随底盘、配重盘放置到线切割机工作台上,将线切割钢丝从上往下穿过轴向长槽及竖向通孔后再穿过工作台,然后线切割钢丝在程序控制下进行切割动作,这样最后完成的齿轮键槽的线切割加工就是所有齿轮键槽的线切割加工,从而大大提高工作效率,减轻工人劳动强度。
