Abstract

一种核电站蒸汽发生器传热管用辊胀式机械堵头,包括上部管本体和下部管本体,所述上部管本体和下部管本体相连通,且上部管本体上端开口,下部管本体下端封闭,上部管本体的外壁上喷涂有等离子喷涂层,等离子喷涂层与上部管本体的顶部有间隔。本实用新型由于在上部管本体的外壁上喷涂有等离子喷涂层,等离子喷涂层和上部管本体的顶端有间隔,堵管时,随着堵头辊胀变形,等离子喷涂层作为膜状结合物起支撑作用,防止堵头移动,并保证了堵管的紧密性和易拆性,同时起到密封及微锁的作用。本实用新型采用微锁设计结构、安装快速,易于拆卸且不损伤传热管内壁、可与传热管堆焊、可远距离实现自动堵管,避免人员受到核辐射。

技术领域
本实用新型属于核电技术领域,尤其涉及一种核电站蒸汽发生器传热管用辊胀式机械堵头。
背景技术
目前我国在役与在建的核电站大都是引进法国技术或美国西屋公司技术,其大部分管件零部件都是直接进口法国或美国产品,特别是上世纪建设的核电站尤为如此。目前这些蒸汽发生器的传热管在使用过程中也经常出现腐蚀破损,而核电站蒸汽发生器传热管的腐蚀破损一直是核电站非计划停堆和电站容量因子损失的主要因素。为此我国专门从美国ZETEC公司引进了MIZ-18A型远程多频涡流检测系统对其蒸汽发生器传热管实施在役检查,依据检测结果对其腐蚀破损超出安全许可要求的进行堵管处理,目前堵管使用的堵头全部为国外进口产品,主要供应商为美国西屋公司。二十多年来,各国采用了不同的堵管技术,如爆炸堵管、焊接堵管和机械堵管。爆炸堵管和焊接堵管属于永久性堵管或半永久性堵管技术。而机械堵管在现阶段比较先进的堵管方式。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种核电站蒸汽发生器传热管用辊胀式机械堵头,其能够顺利地进入破损的传热管中,保证了堵管的紧密性和易拆性。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下的技术方案:
本实用新型包括上部管本体和下部管本体,所述上部管本体和下部管本体相连通,且上部管本体上端开口,下部管本体下端封闭,上部管本体的外壁上喷涂有等离子喷涂层,等离子喷涂层与上部管本体的顶部有间隔。
所述上部管本体和下部管本体为一体式结构。
所述上部管本体内径由上至下相等,下部管本体内径由上至下缩小。
所述上部管本体上端开口处设置有外翻边。
所述等离子喷涂层沿上部管本体长度方向的长度为10mm。
本实用新型具有的有益效果:本实用新型由于在上部管本体的外壁上喷涂有等离子喷涂层,等离子喷涂层和上部管本体的顶端有间隔,堵管时,随着堵头辊胀变形,等离子喷涂层作为膜状结合物起支撑作用,防止堵头移动,并保证了堵管的紧密性和易拆性,同时起到密封及微锁的作用。本实用新型采用微锁设计结构、安装快速,易于拆卸且不损伤传热管内壁、可与传热管堆焊、可远距离实现自动堵管,避免人员受到核辐射。
进一步的,上部管本体内径由上至下相等,下部管本体内径由上至下缩小,使堵头较为顺利地进入破损的传热管中,直线段能够较好的接触传热管内壁。上部管本体上端开口处设置有外翻边,堵管时外翻边与传热管开口端平行,使堵头不会掉进传热管的深处。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型能够包括上部管本体1和下部管本体2,所述上部管本体1和下部管本体2相连通,且上部管本体1上端开口,下部管本体2下端闭合,上部管本体1的外壁上喷涂有等离子喷涂层3,等离子喷涂层3与上部管体1的顶部有间隔上端间隔设置。
本实用型中上部管本体1和下部管本体2为一体式结构,上部管本体1内径由上至下相等,下部管本体2内径由上至下逐渐缩小,上部管本体1为直线段,下部管本体2为锥度段,锥度段使堵头较为顺利地进入破损的传热管中,直线段能够较好的接触传热管内壁;上部管本体1上端开口处设置有外翻边,堵管时外翻边与传热管开口端平行,使堵头不会掉进传热管的深处。
堵管时将堵头封闭端(即盲端)向里插入被堵的失效传热管端头内,用扩张工具使堵头辊胀变形,同时使上部管本体1外壁与被堵的传热管内壁紧密贴合,达到堵管的最佳效果。
上部管本体的外壁上喷涂有等离子喷涂层,等离子喷涂层3和上部管本体1的顶端有间隔,等离子喷涂层沿上部管本体1周向喷涂,且沿上部管本体长度方向的长度为10mm。堵管时,随着堵头辊胀变形,等离子喷涂层作为膜状结合物起支撑作用,防止堵头移动,并保证了堵管的紧密性和易拆性,同时起到密封及微锁的作用。
本实用新型辊胀式机械堵头为一个盲管,所采用的材料与蒸汽发生器传热管所用材料一致。
本实用新型的优点是:微锁设计、快速安装、堵头材质与传热管材质一致,且抗腐蚀性高、易于拆卸、不损伤传热管内壁、可与传热管堆焊、可远距离实现自动堵管,避免人员受到核辐射。

1.一种核电站蒸汽发生器传热管用辊胀式机械堵头,其特征在于,包括上部管本体(1)和下部管本体(2),所述上部管本体(1)和下部管本体(2)相连通,且上部管本体(1)上端开口,下部管本体(2)下端封闭,上部管本体(1)的外壁上喷涂有等离子喷涂层(3),等离子喷涂层(3)与上部管本体(1)的顶部有间隔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种核电站蒸汽发生器传热管用辊胀式机械堵头,其特征在于,所述上部管本体(1)和下部管本体(2)为一体式结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种核电站蒸汽发生器传热管用辊胀式机械堵头,其特征在于,所述上部管本体(1)内径由上至下相等,下部管本体(2)内径由上至下缩小。
