Abstract

圆盘风轮,使用风力发电机上,比现有的细长大叶片风轮,极大提高风能转化为机械能的效率,极大降低发电成本,能带来风力发电的革命性进步。以圆盘做风轮主体,在圆盘边沿上密集固定可拆卸叶片,尺寸远小于圆盘直径,叶片为三个平面组合形状,一个平面与圆心线成45度角,与临近圆盘面成90度角,接受圆盘面上散开的气流,另一个平面与圆盘面成45度角,正面接受吹向叶片的气流。还在一个平面与圆盘面重合固定。

圆盘风轮
一、技术领域:本实用新型涉及风力发电,能极大提高风能转化为机械能的效率,降低风力发电机成本,带来风力发电的革命性进步。 
二、背景技术:目前,公知的风力发电机,水平轴细长叶片风轮居多,它效率低下,因为叶片扫过的面积虽大,但只有很小一部分打在叶片上的风力推动叶片,为提高发电功率必须加长叶片,加高塔台,造成成本高、安装维护难、费用高。还有同量的风力打在叶片不同部位产生的力矩不同,离转动轴远,力矩大做功多,靠近轴部位产生的力矩小,做功也少。 
三、实用新型内容:为了克服现有风力发电机风轮存在的效率低下问题,采用的技术方式是,淘汰细长叶片风轮,采用全新结构的圆盘风轮,使风轮扫过面积内的风都做功,而且使风力作用于风轮边沿上,使风轮产生的力矩量大化。圆盘风轮,以圆盘做风轮主体,在圆盘边沿上密集固定可拆卸叶片,尺寸远小于圆盘直径,叶片为三个平面组合形状,一个平面与圆心线成45度角,与临近圆盘面成90度角,另一个平面与圆盘面成45度角,还在一个平面与圆盘面重合固定。

五、具体实施方式:用圆盘做风轮主体,可以派生为圆锥形。在圆盘边沿上密集固定可拆卸叶片,尺寸远小于圆盘直径,此叶片为三 个平面组合形状,一个平面与圆心线成45度角,与临近圆盘面成90度角,接受圆盘面上散开的气流,另一个平面与圆盘面成45度角,接受正面吹来气流,还有一个平面与圆盘成重合固定。本人做了模型,在风中测试效果极好。当风轮对准风流时,打在圆盘正面上的风,四周散开推动叶片,还有正面吹向叶片的风直接作用于叶片上。因此,圆盘风轮扫过面积的风流都作功而且产生的力矩最大。

1.圆盘风轮,使用在风力发电机上,将风能转化为机械能,其特征是,以圆盘做风轮主体,在圆盘边沿上密集固定可拆卸叶片,尺寸远小于圆盘直径,叶片为三个平面组合形状,一个平面与圆心线成45度角,与临近圆盘面成90度角,另一个平面与圆盘面成45度角,还在一个平面与圆盘面重合固定。
