本实用新型公开了一种低速风能动力发电机,它是在底座的上端装有支架,支架的底端设有发电机,发电机的上端设有传动轴,传动轴的下端由连接盘连接安装在发电机的转子轴上,传动轴的上端设有风轮轴,风轮轴的下端设有支撑轴套,上端装有风轮,使用时,可将底座安装在一、二层平房的房顶上,由弧型叶轮片吸收来自不同方向的自然风,产生大于传统风机数十倍的风力能,转移成较大的力矩,带动机组发电做功。

本实用新型涉及一种风能动力机,确切的说是一种低速风力发电机。 
背景技术
我国处于亚热带地域,长年处在2至3级风速的地方占全国面积的百分之七十以上,目前应用的风力机,其风能动力叶片大都采用传统的三叶片结构,这种结构的风力机,由于叶片稀少,从风速中获取的风能较小,工作时有效风速需四级以上方可运行发电,无法在弱风地区推广利用这一自然风力资源。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种由大扭矩风轮叶片组成的低速风能动力发电机,以解决现有风力机低速风力不能正常发电的问题,实现低风速条件下的正常运转,向外输送风能电力。 
本实用新型的方案是由底座、支架、传动轴、风轮轴、上下连接架、风轮及发电机组成,其结构特点是底座的上端装有支架,支架的底端设有发电机,发电机固定安装在底座上,发电机的上端设有传动轴,传动轴的下端由连接盘连接安装在发电机的转子轴上,传动轴的上端连接有风轮轴,风轮轴的下端设有支撑轴套,风轮轴上装有风轮,风轮由四组弧型叶轮片组合安装在风轮轴上组成动力头,弧型叶轮片的上下端设有加固连接架,弧型叶轮片上设有弧型支架,四组叶轮片由孤型支架固定安装在风轮轴上,弧型支架上设有多个活动的活风门,活风门由铰链安装在弧型叶轮片的弧型支架上,活风门的下端设有限位块。 
使用时,可将底座安装在一、二层平房的房顶上,由弧型叶轮片吸收来自不同方向的自然风,转换成大于传统三叶片风机数十倍的风力能,产生较大的力矩,带动机组发电做功。 
本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,风轮叶片工作不受风向限制,无需尾舵,获取风能大,使用效果好,用途广泛,可组成各种大小功率的风力发电机,用于各种设备及电器。

具体实施方式
附图1—3中示出的底座1的上端装有支架2,支架的底端设有发电机13,发电机的上端设有传动轴3,传动轴的下端由连接盘12连接安装在发电机的转子轴上,传动轴的上端连接有风轮轴7,风轮轴的下端设有支撑轴套25,风轮轴上装有风轮,风轮由四组弧型叶轮片5组成。弧型叶轮片的上端设有上加固连接架6,下端设有下加固连接架4,弧型叶轮片上设有弧型支架10,四组叶轮片由孤型支架固定安装在风轮轴上。弧型支架上装有多个活动的活风门8,活风门由铰链9安装在弧型支架上,活风门的下端设有限位块11。 
图4中示出的传动轴3的外端设有密封轴套19,上端连接有风轮轴7,风轮轴的外端装有支撑轴套25,密封轴套的上端设有上连接盘18,下端设有下轴盖24,传动轴由上连接盘18及下轴盖24安装固定在支架2上,传动轴的上端设有上轴盖14,上轴盖内设有密封圈15,上轴盖由上螺钉16紧固在密封轴套的上端,传动轴的上端装有滚柱轴承17,下端设有下轴承20,下轴承的下端设有定位螺母21,定位螺母的下端设有下轴盖24,下轴盖由下螺钉22紧固在轴套的下端,下轴盖的上端设有密封垫23,传动轴的下端设有连接盘12。

1.一种低速风能动力发电机,由底座、支架、传动轴、风轮轴、上下连接架、风轮及发电机组成,其特征在于:所述的底座(1)的上端装有支架(2),支架的底端设有发电机(13),发电机的上端设有传动轴(3),传动轴的下端由连接盘(12)连接安装在发电机的转子轴上,传动轴的上端连接有风轮轴(7),风轮轴的下端设有支撑轴套(25),风轮轴上装有风轮,风轮由四组孤型叶轮片组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低速风能动力发电机,其特征在于:所述弧型叶轮片的上端设有上加固连接架(6),下端设有下加固连接架(4),弧型叶轮片上设有弧型支架(10),四组叶轮片由孤型支架固定安装在风轮轴上,弧型支架上装有多个活动的活风门(8),活风门由铰链(9)安装在弧型支架上,活风门的下端设有限位块(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低速风能动力发电机,其特征在于:所述的传动轴(3)的外端设有密封轴套(19),密封轴套的上端设有上连接盘(18),下端设有下轴盖(24),传动轴(3)由上连接盘(18)及下轴盖(24)安装固定在支架(2)上,传动轴的上端设有上轴盖(14),上轴盖内设有密封圈(15),上轴盖由上螺钉(16)紧固在轴套的上端,传动轴的上端装有滚柱轴承(17),下端设有下轴承(20),下轴承的下端设有定位螺母(21),定位螺母的下端装有下轴盖(24),下轴盖由下螺钉(22)紧固在密封轴套的下端,下轴盖的上端设有密封垫(23),传动轴的下端设有连接盘(12)。
