Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种外循环斗式提升机，它包括驱动装置、输送链组件、改向辊、箱体和风冷式输送设备；箱体为一个封闭的环形膛壳体结构，输送链组件和风冷式干排渣机位于箱体内部；箱体上开有进料口出料口，在其各转角处侧面都布置有改向辊，其中左上角的改向辊上装有驱动装置；输送链组件由刮斗和输送链条相连组成。本实用新型能有效地将箱体低部的物料输送到箱体上部的指定位置。将风冷式干排渣机设备底部被收集起来的灰、渣等物料提升到风冷式干排渣机设备的上层输送带，并由输送带将其转运走，替代了清扫链输送系统直接刮送物料到风冷式输送设备头部出料口的过程。

本实用新型属于燃煤锅炉炉底灰、渣输送设备和水泥、矿山散状物料提升设备领域，具体涉及一种用于外循环斗式提升机。
背景技术
目前，风冷式干排渣系统广泛应用于国内各大燃煤火电厂，其灰、渣清理方式是利用清扫链将灰渣运送到存储仓里。清扫链具有收集和运送灰渣的功能，将灰渣运送到风冷式输送设备头部出渣口。清扫链沿风冷式输送设备底部输送方向上布置，清扫链的长度和提升角度与风冷式输送设备有关，风冷式输送设备越长，清扫链也越长；风冷式输送设备的提升角度越长，清扫链提升角度也越大，清扫链比较长并且提升角度比较大时，当灰、渣等物料被刮到提升段上时，灰、渣等物料易出现回溜现象，如果风冷式输送设备的头部漏风点比较多时，由于炉堂负压缘故，会导致灰、渣等物料回溜或被负压吸回，因此清理灰渣效率降低，甚至达到零效果。另外，过长的清扫链阻力大、功耗大，会加速清扫链条和刮板磨损，从而会缩短了清扫系统的预期使用寿命。当燃煤锅炉产生的细灰和飞灰量比例大时，风冷式输送设备底层壳体内积灰量大增，而清扫链的清灰能力远远达不到系统的要求，必须采取人力辅助清理灰渣，从而增加了系统设备的维护量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种外循环斗式提升机。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种外循环斗式提升机，它包括驱动装置、输送链组件、改向辊和箱体；箱体为一个封闭的环形膛壳体结构，输送链组件位于箱体内部；箱体上开有进料口和出料口，在箱体各转角处都布置有改向辊，其中，左上角的改向辊上装有驱动装置；输送链组件由刮斗和输送链条相连组成。
本实用新型具有的有益效果是：
1、把风冷式输送设备底层的被收集起来的灰、渣等物料提升后输送到风冷式输送设备上层输送带上。
2、缩短清扫链长度，只用于水平段内灰、渣等物料收集，相比仅由清扫链直接刮到风冷式输送设备头出料口方式，可大大提高清理灰渣的效率。
3、本实用新型用于火力发电厂燃煤锅炉底灰、渣等物料提升，也可广泛用于冶金、矿山、水泥等行业的散状物料提升。

如图1、图2所示，本实用新型包括驱动装置1、输送链组件2、改向辊3和箱体4；箱体4为一个封闭的环形膛壳体结构，输送链组件2位于箱体4内部；箱体4上开有进料口6出料口7，在其各转角处侧面都布置有改向辊3，其中左上角的改向辊3上装有驱动装置1；输送链组件2由刮斗5和输送链条相连组成。
本实用新型的使用过程如下：风冷式干排渣机8置于箱体4内，当外循环斗式提升机运行时，输送链组件2在驱动装置1的带动下作单向连续运行，并通过改向辊3换向；刮斗5沿输送方向刮推物料，当刮斗5到达箱体4顶部的出料口7上方时，物料从出料口7送出至风冷式干排渣机8。
