本实用新型涉及一种镀膜玻璃生产时的倒角机构。 
背景技术
现有镀膜玻璃在生产时需要进行倒角操作,其在玻璃的前进方向处设置光电检测点,倒角磨轮安装在磨轮安装座上,磨轮安装座还与安装在伺服电机转轴上的丝杆相连。倒角的具体流程为玻璃前行,光电检测点检测到玻璃后控制伺服电机延时运行,延时后玻璃角抵达倒角磨轮,倒角完成后磨轮后退,倒角结束。采用上述结构的倒角机构有个缺点,就是当玻璃角与磨轮接触时,存在一个相互之间比较大的冲击力,这样容易造成玻璃破碎,降低了玻璃倒角的成品率。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单实用,能有效避免玻璃破碎的镀膜玻璃倒角机构。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下: 
    一种镀膜玻璃倒角机构,其特征是它包括有倒角磨轮,倒角磨轮安装在倒角安装座上,倒角安装座同时与横向伺服电机及竖向伺服电机转轴上的丝杆相连。
在所述倒角磨轮的玻璃前进方向一侧设有光电检测点,所述光电检测点与PLC装置相连,PLC装置控制所述横向伺服电机和竖向伺服电机的运行。 
本实用新型的有益效果有: 
结构简单实用,设计合理,可有效避免倒角过程中产生的玻璃破碎现象,提高倒角成品率,减少生产成本。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步地说明: 
如附图1所示,本实用新型它包括有倒角磨轮1,倒角磨轮1安装在倒角安装座2上,倒角安装座2同时与横向伺服电机3及竖向伺服电机4转轴上的丝杆配合相连。在所述倒角磨轮1的玻璃前进方向一侧设有光电检测点5,所述光电检测点5与PLC装置相连,光电检测点5发送信号至PLC装置,再由PLC装置控制所述横向伺服电机3和竖向伺服电机4的运行。本实用新型在工作时,横向伺服电机3和竖向伺服电机4同时运行,使得倒角磨轮1在倒角过程中与玻璃6同向前行,抵消减少了玻璃6前行时与倒角磨轮1接触产生的冲击力,能有效避免玻璃破碎,提高成品率。

1.一种镀膜玻璃倒角机构,其特征是它包括有倒角磨轮(1),倒角磨轮(1)安装在倒角安装座(2)上,倒角安装座(2)同时与横向伺服电机(3)及竖向伺服电机(4)转轴上的丝杆相连,在所述倒角磨轮(1)的玻璃前进方向一侧设有光电检测点(5),所述光电检测点(5)与PLC装置相连,PLC装置控制所述横向伺服电机(3)和竖向伺服电机(4)的运行。
