背景技术
型模浇铸中，钢水四溅，尤其是手工浇铸的时候，即使对接恰到好处，也会产生钢水四溅，在造成损失的情况下，还有重大安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决浇铸时钢水四溅和与型腔口对接的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种型模浇铸架，包括站柱和车轨，所述的站柱上设有滑动装置，滑动装置通过缓冲器支架连接缓冲器，缓冲器的出料口正对固连在地面上的车轨。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，滑动装置包括上滑槽和下轨道，上滑槽连接缓冲器支架的一端，缓冲器支架另一端设有车轮，车轮与下轨道连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用该装置浇注时，便于钢水集中注入型腔口；手工或自动浇注时，可快速对准浇注口实现浇注；减少钢水的溅泼，降低成本浪费，确保安全生产。

如图1所示，本实施例包括站柱4和车轨8，站柱4上设有滑动装置，滑动装置通过缓冲器支架9连接缓冲器1，缓冲器1的出料口正对固连在地面上的车轨8。
滑动装置包括上滑槽5和下轨道2，上滑槽5连接缓冲器支架9的一端，缓冲器支架9另一端设有车轮，车轮与下轨道2连接。
缓冲器1在滑动装置上可来回移动定位，钢水通过缓冲器1进入模具浇口杯6，从而进入在车轨8上运行的浇注小车。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种型模浇铸架，其特征是所述的滑动装置包括上滑槽（5）和下轨道（2），上滑槽（5）连接缓冲器支架（9）的一端，缓冲器支架（9）另一端设有车轮，车轮与下轨道（2）连接。
