    本实用新型涉及一种真空压力浸漆装置，具体地说是一种去污真空浸漆罐。    
背景技术
    现有技术的真空压力浸渍，浸漆时由于待浸漆部件温度高达40~60℃，绝缘漆会产生一定数量的变质漆皮，漆皮随着绝缘漆回到储漆罐，一方面造成储漆罐内绝缘漆受到污染，绝缘性能下降，另一方面会造成阀门及输漆管堵塞；待浸漆部件内存在未清理干净的油污、小零件等异物，也会随着绝缘漆回流储漆罐，造成储漆罐内绝缘漆受到污染使绝缘性能下降，并容易造成阀门和输漆管堵塞。

针对如上所述现有技术中浸漆过程中储漆罐内绝缘漆受到污染使绝缘性能下降、并容易造成阀门和输漆管堵塞等缺陷，本实用新型提供一种去污真空浸漆罐。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种去污真空浸漆罐，包括罐体、与罐体匹配的罐盖、输漆管、支架、真空泵、压缩空气管和滤网 ，所述罐体的底部连通有输漆管，压缩空气管与罐体的上部连通，真空泵与罐体的上部连接，滤网通过支架设置在罐体的内部；
所述滤网可移动的设置在支架上；
所述输漆管上设有阀门；
所述压缩空气管上设有压缩空气阀。
本实用新型的有益效果：
本实用新型提供的去污真空浸漆罐，能对绝缘漆进行过滤，防止变质漆皮、油污进入储漆罐使绝缘漆受到污染；

如图所示：一种去污真空浸漆罐，包括罐体5、与罐体5匹配的罐盖8、输漆管2、支架3、真空泵6、压缩空气管10和滤网11，所述罐体5的底部连通有输漆管2，压缩空气管10与罐体5的上部连通，真空泵6与通过真空管7罐体5的上部连接，滤网11通过支架3设置在罐体5的内部；所述滤网11可移动的设置在支架3上；所述输漆管2上设有阀门1；所述压缩空气管10上设有压缩空气阀9。

1.一种去污真空浸漆罐，其特征在于：包括罐体（5）、与罐体（5）匹配的罐盖（8）、输漆管（2）、支架（3）、真空泵（6）、压缩空气管（10）和滤网（11），所述罐体（5）的底部连通有输漆管（2），压缩空气管（10）与罐体（5）的上部连通，真空泵（6）与罐体（5）的上部连接，滤网（11）通过支架（3）设置在罐体（5）的内部。
