Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种木螺丝,其包含:一螺头及一杆体,其中该杆体与该螺头连接,该杆体远离该螺头的一端设置一尖锥部,该杆体周缘由该尖锥部往该螺头方向依序设有螺旋环绕的第一螺牙段及第二螺牙段,且第一螺牙段的螺距小于所述第二螺牙段,该第二螺牙段上设有至少一断牙区段,而在该第二螺牙段顺着螺旋的反方向与该至少一断牙区段相接端各形成一切削面。因此,本实用新型的木螺丝可达到锁固物件时定位稳固,排屑效果佳,并且制造成本低。

木螺丝
技术领域
本实用新型有关于一种螺丝,尤指一种具有不同螺距的螺牙段,以及在螺牙段上设有断牙区段,进而更顺利进行锁固的木螺丝。
背景技术
按,螺丝的种类繁多,一般用于塑料、木材等非金属对象锁固时,大多是采用木螺丝,如图1所示,为一种现有木螺丝结构,该现有第一木螺丝10包含:一第一螺头101及一第一杆体102,该第一螺头101用以与锁固工具相接,该第一杆体102由该第一螺头101延伸出,该第一杆体102远离该第一螺头101的一端设置第一尖锥部103,该第一杆体102周缘设有由该第一尖锥部103往该第一螺头101方向螺旋环绕的螺牙104,使用时,利用该第一尖锥部103钻设物件,配合该螺牙104进行切削旋锁,而达到锁固对象的效果。然而,这种现有的第一木螺丝10的螺牙104是单一螺距,并为顾及锁固速度,其螺距需具有一定距离,故当该第一木螺丝10以其第一尖锥部103刚开始钻设物件时,螺牙104无法快速咬入物件内,以致定位不易而容易有锁固点移位的问题,以及容易发生空转的现象,令使用者需费更多的力气和时间才能将第一木螺丝10与物件作锁固,殊不理想。
实用新型内容
鉴于现有技术中存在的上述问题,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种木螺丝,其能够锁固物件时定位稳固,排屑效果佳,并且制造成本低。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种木螺丝,包含:一螺头,该螺头用以与锁固工具相接;及一杆体,与该螺头连接,该杆体远离该螺头的一端设置一尖锥部,该杆体周缘由该尖锥部往该螺头方向依序设有螺旋环绕的第一螺牙段及第二螺牙段,且第一螺牙段的螺距小于所述第二螺牙段的螺距,该第二螺牙段上设有至少一断牙区段,而在该第二螺牙段顺着螺旋的反方向与该至少一断牙区段相接端各形成一切削面。
在本实用新型的一个优选实施例中,该杆体的尖锥部末端形成一尖端。
在本实用新型的一个优选实施例中,该杆体第二螺牙段上所设的断牙区段为该断牙区段所在的螺牙周向长度的1/3至1/4。
在本实用新型的一个优选实施例中,该杆体周缘由该尖锥部往该螺头方向并在该第二螺牙段后侧设有一斜齿段。
在本实用新型的一个优选实施例中,该第一螺牙段及第二螺牙段位于同一螺旋线并彼此相连。
在本实用新型的一个优选实施例中,该杆体周缘另设有一螺旋环绕的第三螺牙段,该第三螺牙段设置于第二螺牙段与斜齿段间,并且第三螺牙段螺距大于第二螺牙段。
在本实用新型的一个优选实施例中,该第一螺牙段、第二螺牙段及第三螺牙段位于同一螺旋线并彼此相连。
本实用新型的主要有益效果在于:第一螺牙段在木螺丝刚开始钻设物件时,可快速咬入物件内形成稳固的定位,第二螺牙段可利用较第一螺牙段大的螺距,配合第二螺牙段上设有至少一断牙区段所形成的至少一切削面,在稳固定位的状态下加快钻入物件的速度,并产生顺畅的排屑效果,以达锁固物件时定位稳固,排屑效果佳,并且该第一螺牙段及第二螺牙段可一次加工成型,制造成本低,符合经济效益。

如图2及图3所示,本实用新型的第二木螺丝1的一较佳实施例,包含:一第二螺头11及一第二杆体12,该第二螺头11用以与锁固工具相接,该第二杆体12由该第二螺头11延伸出,该第二杆体12远离该第二螺头11的一端设置第二尖锥部121,该第二尖锥部121末端形成一尖端1211,该第二杆体12周缘由该第二尖锥部121往该第二螺头11方向依序设有螺旋环绕的一第一螺牙段122及一第二螺牙段123,该第一螺牙段122的第一螺距D1小于第二螺牙段123的第二螺距D2,且该第一螺牙段122及第二螺牙段123位于同一螺旋线并彼此相连,而且该第二螺牙段123上设有三断牙区段1231(可为至少一断牙区段1231),该三断牙区段1231位于同一轴线,而在该第二螺牙段123顺着螺旋的反方向与该三断牙区段1231相接端各形成一切削面1232,此外,该第二杆体12周缘由该第二尖锥部121往该第二螺头11方向并在该第二螺牙段123后侧设有一斜齿段125。
当本实用新型的第二木螺丝1进行锁固动作时,首先如图4所示,由于该第一螺牙段122具有较小的第一螺距D1,进而在第二木螺丝1以第二尖锥部121的尖端1211开始钻设物件A时,以该第一螺牙段122快速咬入物件A内形成稳固的定位,接着如图5所示,第二螺牙段123利用其较第一螺牙段122大的第二螺距D2,配合该第二螺牙段123上设有的三断牙区段1231所形成的三切削面1232,对该物件A进行刨削,同时在稳固定位的状态下加快钻入物件A的速度,并产生顺畅的排屑效果,与物件A确实咬合固定,再利用斜齿段125将第二螺牙段123切削旋锁形成的孔洞内缘削平,以便余下的第二杆体12顺利锁入该孔洞内。
另由图6及图7所示,本实用新型的第二木螺丝1的另一较佳实施例包含:一第二螺头11及一第二杆体12,该第二螺头11用以与锁固工具相接,该第二杆体12由该第二螺头11延伸出,该第二杆体12远离该第二螺头11的一端设置一第二尖锥部121,该第二尖锥部121末端形成一尖端1211,该第二杆体12周缘由该第二尖锥部121往该第二螺头11方向依序设有螺旋环绕的一第一螺牙段122、一第二螺牙段123及一第三螺牙段124,该第一螺牙段122的第一螺距D1小于第二螺牙段123的第二螺距D2,且第二螺牙段123的第二螺距D2小于第三螺牙段124的第三螺距D3,且该第一螺牙段122、第二螺牙段123及第三螺牙段124位于同一螺旋线,该第一螺牙段122与该第二螺牙段123相连,该第二螺牙段123与该第三螺牙段124相连,而且该第二螺牙段123上设有三断牙区段1231(可为至少一断牙区段1231),该三断牙区段1231位于同一轴线,同时在该第二螺牙段123顺着螺旋的反方向与该三断牙区段1231相接端各形成一切削面1232,此外,该第二杆体12周缘由该第二尖锥部121往该第二螺头11方向并在该第三螺牙段124后侧设有一斜齿段125。
当本实用新型的第二木螺丝1进行锁固动作时,首先如图8所示,由于该第一螺牙段122具有较小的第一螺距D1,进而在第二木螺丝1以第二尖锥部121的尖端1211开始钻设物件A时,以该第一螺牙段122快速咬入物件A内形成稳固的定位,接着如图9所示,第二螺牙段123利用其较第一螺牙段122大的第二螺距D2,配合该第二螺牙段123上设有三断牙区段1231所形成的三切削面1232对该物件A进行刨削,同时在稳固定位的状态下加快钻入物件A的速度,并产生顺畅的排屑效果,又在第二螺牙段123锁入物件A后,如图10所示,利用具有最大螺距的第三螺距D3的第三螺牙段124进行正常的切削旋锁动作,与物件A确实咬合固定,再利用斜齿段125将第三螺牙段124切削旋锁形成的孔洞内缘削平,以便余下的第二杆体12顺利锁入该孔洞内。
另外,上述第二螺牙段123上所设的三断牙区段1231(可为至少一断牙区段1231)的宽度以每个断牙区段1231所在螺牙的周向长度的1/3至1/4为较佳。
由上述具体实施例的结构,可得到下述的效益:
本实用新型的第二木螺丝1设有位于同一螺旋线并且螺距朝第二螺头11的方向依序由小至大的第一螺牙段122及第二螺牙段123,进而利用该第一螺牙段122在第二木螺丝1刚开始钻设物件A时,快速咬入物件A内形成稳固的定位,以及利用螺距较大的第二螺牙段123配合第二螺牙段123上的断牙区段1231所形成切削面1232,在稳固定位的状态下加快钻入物件A的速度,并产生顺畅的排屑效果,以达使用锁固物件A时定位稳固,排屑效果佳,并且该第一螺牙段122及第二螺牙段123可一次加工成型,制造成本低,符合经济效益。
综上所述,本实用新型确实已经达到突破性的结构,而具有改良的发明内容,同时又能够达到产业上的利用性与进步性。

Claims (7)

1.一种木螺丝,包含:
一螺头,该螺头用以与锁固工具相接;及
一杆体,与该螺头连接,该杆体远离该螺头的一端设置一尖锥部,该杆体周缘由该尖锥部往该螺头方向依序设有螺旋环绕的第一螺牙段及第二螺牙段,且第一螺牙段的螺距小于所述第二螺牙段的螺距,该第二螺牙段上设有至少一断牙区段,而在该第二螺牙段顺着螺旋的反方向与该至少一断牙区段相接端各形成一切削面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木螺丝,其特征在于,该杆体的尖锥部末端形成一尖端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木螺丝,其特征在于,该杆体第二螺牙段上所设的断牙区段宽度为该断牙区段所在的螺牙周向长度的1/3至1/4。
4.根据权利要求1所述的木螺丝,其特征在于,该杆体周缘由该尖锥部往该螺头方向并在该第二螺牙段后侧设有一斜齿段。
5.根据权利要求1所述的木螺丝,其特征在于,该第一螺牙段及第二螺牙段位于同一螺旋线并彼此相连。
6.根据权利要求4所述的木螺丝,其特征在于,该杆体周缘另设有一螺旋环绕的第三螺牙段,该第三螺牙段设置于第二螺牙段与斜齿段间,并且第三螺牙段螺距大于第二螺牙段。
7.根据权利要求6所述的木螺丝,其特征在于,该第一螺牙段、第二螺牙段及第三螺牙段位于同一螺旋线并彼此相连。
