一种小体积快速卷帘门,包括由支撑梁和立柱组成的门框架、由多个帘片相连而成的门帘和电机,支撑梁内安装有可旋转的传动轴,传动轴由电机驱动,立柱内侧都设置有直线导轨,支撑梁两侧设置有螺旋导轨,螺旋导轨外端与直线导轨相连,帘片的两端都安装有导轮,导轮都位于导轨内,门帘底部的帘片两端还安装有连接板,连接板和传动轴之间都安装有链条,传动轴通过链条拉动门帘的底部。小体积快速卷帘门设置的螺旋导轨,可使卷起的门帘帘片之间不接触,避免弯折的帘片连接处增加卷起的门帘的体积,通过调整螺旋导轨的尺寸参数,可进一步降低不接触的帘片之间的距离,降低收起后的门帘所占用的体积,进而减小支撑梁的体积。

本实用新型涉及一种卷帘门,具体地说,是一种小体积快速卷帘门。 
背景技术
地下车库的出入口空间狭小,入口和出口都需要安装门,最合适的门就是卷帘门。为了保证地下车库的密闭、安全以及通过的流畅性,门的开关需要尽可能迅速,但地下车库的入口和出口宽度很大,使安装门的门体宽度较大,门帘的重量大,门进行开关时,门帘的运行速度无法快速加速到最高速,影响门开关的整体速度。而且目前使用的卷帘门,卷帘门开门时用于收起并存放门帘的支撑梁需要占用较大的空间,为在空间狭小的地下车库门口安装卷帘门增加了难度。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有卷帘门,速度慢,空间大等缺点,设计了一种小体积快速卷帘门。 
本实用新型的小体积快速卷帘门,包括由支撑梁和立柱组成的门框架、由多个帘片相连而成的门帘和电机,支撑梁内安装有可旋转的传动轴,传动轴由电机驱动,立柱内侧都设置有直线导轨,支撑梁两侧设置有螺旋导轨,螺旋导轨外端与直线导轨相连,帘片的两端都安装有导轮,导轮都位于导轨内,门帘底部的帘片两端还安装有连接板,连接板和传动轴之间都安装有链条,传动轴通过链条拉动门帘的底部。 
优选的是,卷帘门还包括弹簧配重装置,安装在立柱内,所述的弹簧配重装置包括拉伸弹簧和拉带,拉带顶端固定并缠绕在传动轴上,拉带下端与拉伸弹簧顶端相连,拉伸弹簧底端与立柱底部相连。 
优选的是,链条安装在立柱内,传动轴上安装的链轮驱动链条。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:小体积快速卷帘门设置的螺旋导轨,可使卷起的门帘帘片之间不接触,避免弯折的帘片连接处增加卷起的门帘的体积,通过调整螺旋导轨的尺寸参数,可进一步降低不接触的帘片之间的距离,降低收起后的门帘所占用的体积,进而减小支撑梁的体积。 
传动轴通过链条驱动门帘的底部,降低了升起门帘所需要的驱动力,同时使门帘上部可在导轨内灵活运动,增加门帘收起的流畅性,加快门帘收起的速度。 
弹簧配重装置在门帘收起时,弹簧的拉力在传动轴上产生的扭力平衡门体的重量在传动轴所产生的扭力,平衡的弹簧可以减小电机运行的负载,门体运行时可以快速加速,并在停电时轻易的将门体开启。 
拉伸弹簧可设置多个,仅安装一个立柱内,可减小立柱宽度,减小占用空间。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的小体积快速卷帘门,如图1至3所示,包括由支撑梁1和立柱2组成的门框架、由多个帘片8相连而成的门帘3和电机4,支撑梁1内安装有可旋转的传动轴5,传动轴5由电机4驱动。 
立柱2内侧都设置有直线导轨7,支撑梁1两侧设置有螺旋导轨6,螺旋导轨6外端与直线导轨相连,帘片8的两端都安装有导轮9,导轮9都位于导轨内,门帘底部3的帘片8两端还安装有连接板10,连接板10和传动轴5之间都安装有链条11,传动轴5通过链条11拉动门帘3的底部。 
链条11安装在立柱3内,传动轴5上安装的链轮驱动链条11。 
卷帘门还包括弹簧配重装置,安装在立柱2内,所述的弹簧配重装置包括拉伸弹簧12和拉带,拉带顶端固定并缠绕在传动轴5上,拉带下端与拉伸弹簧12顶端相连,拉伸弹簧12底端与立柱3底部相连。 
卷帘门处于关闭状态时,拉伸弹簧12处于拉伸状态,拉带大部分缠绕在传动轴上,拉带与门帘的缠绕方向相反。 
卷帘门打开时,传动轴5通过链条11拉拽门帘3的底部,门帘3上升,由于帘片8两端的导轮9都在导轨内,导轮9都先沿直线导轨7向上滑动,然后进入螺旋导轨6,使门帘3 的顶部沿螺旋导轨6的外圈依次向内部移动。 
当门帘3最低端的帘片8两端的导轮9进入螺旋导轨6内时,卷帘门完全打开,此时收起的门帘3横截面呈与螺旋导轨6相同的螺旋状。 
卷帘门在打开,门帘3上升的过程中,拉带从传动轴5上松开,弹簧12逐渐恢复原长。 
卷帘门关闭时,传动轴5反转,链条11将门帘3的底部向下拉,直至门帘3底端触地,导轮9全部回到直线导轨7内。 
卷帘门关闭过程中,拉簧逐渐被拉伸,作用在传动轴上的力逐渐增加,以平衡门体下降时所增加的重量。

1.一种小体积快速卷帘门,包括由支撑梁(1)和立柱(2)组成的门框架、由多个帘片(8)相连而成的门帘(3)和电机(4),支撑梁(1)内安装有可旋转的传动轴(5),传动轴(5)由电机(4)驱动,其特征在于,立柱(2)内侧都设置有直线导轨(7),支撑梁(1)两侧设置有螺旋导轨(6),螺旋导轨(6)外端与直线导轨相连,帘片(8)的两端都安装有导轮(9),导轮(9)都位于导轨内,门帘底部(3)的帘片(8)两端还安装有连接板(10),连接板(10)和传动轴(5)之间都安装有链条(11),传动轴(5)通过链条(11)拉动门帘(3)的底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小体积快速卷帘门,其特征在于,卷帘门还包括弹簧配重装置,安装在立柱(3)内,所述的弹簧配重装置包括拉伸弹簧(12)和拉带,拉带顶端固定并缠绕在传动轴(5)上,拉带下端与拉伸弹簧(12)顶端相连,拉伸弹簧(12)底端与立柱(3)底部相连。
