背景技术
现有带式干燥机的主要结构包括输送网带以及热风供应装置，物料在输送网带上由始端向终端移动的过程中，在热风供应装置供应的热风的作用下逐渐干燥。由于物料在输送网带上移动的过程近似静态过程、缺少搅动，这样物料的干燥效果难以保证。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构简单、在运转过程中振动翻料以保证干燥效果的带式干燥机的可震动式网带装置。
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是：带式干燥机的可震动式网带装置包括架设于首端链轮与末端链轮之间的链条，在链条上固接有流轴，在流轴上设有网带；还包括沿链条设置的多个横梁，在所述横梁上设有直角三角形结构的挡块，其斜面面向首端方向，流轴在移动的过程中先由挡块的斜面上升，到最高点后下落。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果是：由于采用了上述设计，本实用新型的网带装置结构简单。在现有网带结构的基础上，通过增加横梁以及挡块结构，使流轴在移动过程中重复爬升和突然掉落的过程，由此对网带上的物料产生振动翻料效果，提升物料干燥的均匀程度。

请参见图1，本实用新型包括架设于首端链轮1与末端链轮7之间的链条2，在链条2上固接有流轴3，在流轴3上设有网带4。物料由网带4承托，由首端输送至终端的过程中由热风供应装置供应的热风烘干。
还包括沿链条2设置的多个横梁6，在每根横梁6上均设有直角三角形结构的挡块5。挡块5的底部与横梁6固接，其斜面部分面向首端方向，即流轴3的来向，流轴3在移动的过程中先由挡块5的斜面上升，到最高点后突然下落，对网带4上的物料产生一个振动翻料效果。多个流轴3依次通过挡块5时逐个重复爬升和突然掉落的过程，对物料也就产生持续的振动翻料，保证了物料的干燥效果。

1.一种带式干燥机的可震动式网带装置，其特征在于：包括架设于首端链轮（1）与末端链轮（7）之间的链条（2），在链条（2）上固接有流轴（3），在流轴（3）上设有网带（4）；还包括沿链条（2）设置的多个横梁（6），在所述横梁（6）上设有直角三角形结构的挡块（5），其斜面面向首端方向，流轴（3）在移动的过程中先由挡块（5）的斜面上升，到最高点后下落。
