本实用新型涉及食品容器技术领域,尤其涉及一种PS乳品包装制品。
背景技术
一直以来,乳制品的塑料包装制品主要使用的PS不发泡塑料包装制品,其包装材料容易变形,使用量很大,全国年使用量过2亿吨左右,且隔热保温性能差,在短时间的搬运途中,尤其在炎热的夏天,乳品在没有低温储存的条件下品质受到很大影响,且低温保存的乳制品从冰箱取出后,如不马上饮用,短时间内就会与外界温度一致,失去低温时的口感,这就亟需一种短时间内能保持低温奶制品口感,且能降低塑料包装材料成本的包装制品。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,本实用新型提供一种PS乳品包装制品,它不易变形,保温隔热性能好,降低了生产原料的成本,且可回收利用。
本实用新型的技术方案是:提供一种PS乳品包装制品,它是由杯体、覆膜区、PS内层一、PS发泡层、PS内层二和PS光面层组成,杯体是由PS内层一、PS发泡层、PS内层二和PS光面层四层共挤产生,PS内层一与PS内层二中间夹着PS发泡层,PS内层二另一面覆PS光面层,杯体的顶部设有覆膜区。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:不易变形,能够保温隔热,降低了成本,节能环保。

如图1、图2所示,一种PS乳品包装制品,它是由杯体1、覆膜区2、PS内层一3、PS发泡层4、PS内层二5和PS光面层6组成,杯体1是由PS内层一3、PS发泡层4、PS内层二5和PS光面层6四层共挤产生,PS内层一3与PS内层二5中间夹着PS发泡层4,PS内层二5另一面覆PS光面层6,杯体1的顶部设有覆膜区2。
PS发泡层4为微发泡高抗冲聚苯乙烯层,PS内层一3与PS内层二5为不发泡高抗冲聚苯乙烯层,PS光面层6为不发泡GPPS聚苯乙烯亮光面层,在原有的PS内层二5外侧增加PS光面层6后,本产品强度提高,不易变形,保温的效果也有所提高,PS乳品包装制品可根据需求共挤为任意形状。PS乳品包装制品保持了原来的片材厚度,本实用新型中间PS发泡层4发泡后,其产品厚度增加,包装材料的阻隔性能有一定的提高,保温隔热性能好,低温保存的乳制品从冰箱拿出来后,短时间内能够继续保持较低的温度,保持住了乳制品的口感,同时降低包装材料20%以上。

1.PS乳品包装制品,它是由杯体(1)、覆膜区(2)、PS内层一(3)、PS发泡层(4)、PS内层二(5)和PS光面层(6)组成,其特征在于:杯体(1)是由PS内层一(3)、PS发泡层(4)、PS内层二(5)和PS光面层(6)四层共挤产生,PS内层一(3)与PS内层二(5)中间夹着PS发泡层(4),PS内层二(5)另一面覆PS光面层(6),杯体(1)的顶部设有覆膜区(2)。
