本发明提出了一种水果箱用复合型纸板，包括上板体和下板体，上板体从上至下依次设有上防水层和上基板，下板体从下至上依次设有下防水层、下基板、吸附层和保鲜层，上基板下端设有上缓冲层，保鲜层上端设有下缓冲层，上缓冲层和下缓冲层相配合。本发明结构合理，具有优异的抗冲击性能，保证产品在运输过程中不会受到损伤，同时，具有防水、透气、保鲜等效果，提高产品的包装质量，以及保存时间，而且，制作方法简单，成本低，适用于水果、蔬菜的包装。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸制品技术领域，具体涉及一种水果箱用复合型纸板。
背景技术
纸箱是目前绝大多数产品最常见的外包装形式，是保护产品外观、功能、完整性等的第一道防线。纸板在各行业的包装领域已经被广泛使用，传统纸板都是由三层或者多层瓦楞纸经过碾压粘连等工艺生产形成，所有纸层的纸为普通的瓦楞纸，经过轻微的碰撞就会出现破裂，甚至放置在车上进行运输，进过一路的颠簸外纸板层就会出现很严重的褶皱，防撞防冲击的效果差，和国外的瓦楞纸板有的直接的差异，且瓦楞纸板在对时蔬或者水果运输时，都是全封闭的，透气性很差，放置在瓦楞纸板内的时蔬或者水果很容易发生腐烂霉变，如果遇上下雨的天气，普通的瓦楞纸板对水的渗透能力强，水进入到瓦楞纸板内加快时蔬或者水果的腐烂速度，直接造成严重的经济损失，特别是在对时蔬或者水果进行长途运输时，一款好的瓦楞纸板是包装运输行业急切的需求。
因此，针对上述问题，本发明所出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单，抗冲击性强、保鲜效果好的水水果箱用复合型纸板。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种水果箱用复合型纸板，包括上板体和下板体，所述上板体从上至下依次设有上防水层和上基板，所述下板体从下至上依次设有下防水层、下基板、吸附层和保鲜层，所述上基板下端设有上缓冲层，所述保鲜层上端设有下缓冲层，所述上缓冲层和下缓冲层相配合。
进一步地，所述下基板上设有若干根固定块，固定块依次穿过吸附层和保鲜层，所述上基板下表面开有若干个固定槽。
进一步地，所述上缓冲层和下缓冲层上均设有透气孔。
进一步地，所述上基板和下基板均为楞纸板。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明结构合理，具有优异的抗冲击性能，保证产品在运输过程中不会受到损伤，同时，具有防水、透气、保鲜等效果，提高产品的包装质量，以及保存时间，而且，制作方法简单，成本低，适用于水果、蔬菜的包装。

如图1所示，一种水果箱用复合型纸板，包括上板体1和下板体2，上板体1从上至下依次设有上防水层3和上基板4，下板体2从下至上依次设有下防水层5、下基板6、吸附层7和保鲜层8，上基板4下端设有上缓冲层10，保鲜层8上端设有下缓冲层9，上缓冲层10和下缓冲层9相配合。下基板6上设有若干根固定块11，固定块11依次穿过吸附层7和保鲜层8，上基板4下表面开有若干个固定槽12，上缓冲层10和下缓冲层9上均设有透气孔，上基板4和下基板6均为楞纸板。
本发明结构合理，具有优异的抗冲击性能，保证产品在运输过程中不会受到损伤，同时，具有防水、透气、保鲜等效果，提高产品的包装质量，以及保存时间，而且，制作方法简单，成本低，适用于水果、蔬菜的包装。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种水果箱用复合型纸板，其特征在于：所述下基板上设有若干根固定块，固定块依次穿过吸附层和保鲜层，所述上基板下表面开有若干个固定槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种水果箱用复合型纸板，其特征在于：所述上缓冲层和下缓冲层上均设有透气孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种水果箱用复合型纸板，其特征在于：所述上基板和下基板均为楞纸板。
