小浆果外部品质光电智能化检测及分级装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种瓜果类检测技术,尤其涉及一种根据小浆果的外部品质进行在线无损检测及分级的装置。 
背景技术
现有的小浆果品质分级装置中是利用震动筛孔式分选方式,更加适合扁球形果实的直径分选,采用该方式,无法对小浆果的成熟度及破损度等外部品质进行检测,从而影响小浆果分级的精度。 
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的是提供一种小浆果分级装置,该装置能够根据小浆果的外部品质将小浆果分级。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的,小浆果外部品质光电智能化检测及分级装置,包括上果输送带、去杂机构、分道机构、翻转机构、分级机构、图像采集机构和系统控制机构;所述上果输送带将小浆果运送到去杂机构上;所述去杂机构用于去除浆果中的杂质并将除杂后的小浆果运送到分道机构;所述分道机构用于实现浆果顺序进入翻转机构;所述翻转机构将小浆果翻转180度,用于实现图像采集机构对浆果两侧面的图像采集;所述图像采集机构悬设于翻转机构的上方;所述系统控制机构分别与分级机构、图像采集机构电连接;所述分级机构将小浆果分级运送到对应的收集箱。 
进一步,所述分道机构包括若干并排的第一通道。 
进一步,所述翻转机构包括数量与第一通道相等的第二通道,所述第二通道包括旋转轴、连接杆和用于夹持浆果的夹持环,所述连接杆的数量为第二通道数量的整数倍;所述连接杆的一端与旋转轴连接,另一端与夹持环连接。 
进一步,每个第二通道包括6个长度一致的连接杆,所述连接杆与旋转轴垂直,连接杆与其所连接的夹持环直径在同一直线上,相邻两个连接杆的夹角为60度,6个连接杆处于同一平面上。 
进一步,所述CCD图像采集机构包括第一CCD图像传感器和第二CCD图像传感器,所述 第一CCD图像传感器采集浆果一侧面的外形大小及表面图像信息,当翻转机构将浆果翻转180度后,第二CCD图像传感器采集浆果另一侧面的外形大小及表面图像信息。 
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型具有如下的优点: 
本实用新型根据小浆果外形大小、成熟度和破损度等外部品质进行检测,对小浆果两面图像进行采集,将采集的图像送到系统控制机构中进行处理,并将处理结果按照小浆果分类标准做即时判别,最后把判别信息传送到分级机构,从而实现自动分级,提高了小浆果分级的精度。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图,对本实用新型的优选实施例进行详细的描述;应当理解,优选实施例仅为了说明本实用新型,而不是为了限制本实用新型的保护范围。 
小浆果外部品质光电智能化检测及分级装置,包括上果输送带1、去杂机构2、分道机构3、翻转机构4、分级机构5、图像采集机构6和系统控制机构7;所述上果输送带将小浆果运送到去杂机构上,所述去杂机构用于去除浆果中的杂质并将除杂后的小浆果运送到分道机构;所述分道机构用于实现浆果顺序进入翻转机构;所述翻转机构将小浆果翻转180度,用于实现图像采集机构对浆果两侧面的图像采集;所述图像采集机构悬设于翻转机构的上方;所述系统控制机构分别与分级机构、图像采集机构电连接,所述分级机构将小浆果分级运送到对应的收集箱。 
所述系统控制机构用于收集图像采集机构采集的图像信息并对图像信息进行处理以及实 现对整个分级装置的运动控制。所述系统控制机构为PC机。 
所述去杂机构为滚动式去杂机构,滚动式去杂机构由若干并排的滚筒组成,其方向垂直于小浆果前进的方向。所述分道机构包括若干并排的第一通道;所有第一通道垂直于滚动式去杂机构中的滚筒。 
所述翻转机构包括数量与第一通道相等的第二通道,所述第二通道包括旋转轴8、连接杆9和用于夹持浆果的夹持环10,所述连接杆的数量为第二通道数量的整数倍;所述连接杆的一端与旋转轴连接,另一端与夹持环连接。每个第二通道包括6个长度一致的连接杆,所述连接杆与旋转轴垂直,连接杆与其所连接的夹持环直径在同一直线上,相邻两个连接杆的夹角为60度,6个连接杆处于同一平面上。 
所述CCD图像采集机构包括第一CCD图像传感器和第二CCD图像传感器,所述第一CCD图像传感器采集浆果一侧面的外形大小及表面图像信息,当翻转机构将浆果翻转180度后,第二CCD图像传感器采集浆果另一侧面的外形大小及表面图像信息。 
所述分级机构包括输送带、分级孔、分级孔阀门、装小浆果容器。 
本实用新型的工作流程为: 
(1)小浆果经由上果输送带1传送到去杂机构2; 
(2)在去杂机构2中,将石块、叶片等杂物去除; 
(3)小浆果经由去杂机构2输送到分道机构3,本实施例中其中分道机构有5个通道,在此通道上使小浆果排成一排。在分道机构处启动图像采集机构6中的第一CCD图像传感器,使之拍摄到5个通道的小浆果,采集小浆果面的外形大小及表面的图像信息; 
(4)拍摄完毕的小浆果经由翻转机构改变180°,启动CCD图像采集机构6中第二CCD图像传感器,采集小浆果180°面的外形大小及表面的图像信息; 
(5)小浆果经由翻转机构4送到分级机构5,经过系统控制机构7对小浆果进行分级,本实施例中将小浆果分为5级。 
本实用新型根据小浆果外形大小、成熟度(对比浆果的颜色)和破损度等外部品质进行检测,对小浆果两面图像进行采集,将采集的图像送到系统控制机构中进行处理,并将处理结果按照小浆果分类标准做即时判别,最后把判别信息传送到分级机构,从而实现自动分级,提高了小浆果分级的精度。

1.小浆果外部品质光电智能化检测及分级装置,其特征在于:包括上果输送带、去杂机构、分道机构、翻转机构、分级机构、图像采集机构和系统控制机构;所述上果输送带将小浆果运送到去杂机构上;所述去杂机构用于去除浆果中的杂质并将除杂后的小浆果运送到分道机构;所述分道机构用于实现浆果顺序进入翻转机构;所述翻转机构将小浆果翻转180度,用于实现图像采集机构对浆果两侧面的图像采集;所述图像采集机构悬设于翻转机构的上方;所述系统控制机构分别与分级机构、图像采集机构电连接;所述分级机构将小浆果分级运送到对应的收集箱。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的小浆果外部品质光电智能化检测及分级装置,其特征在于:所述分道机构包括若干并排的第一通道。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的小浆果外部品质光电智能化检测及分级装置,其特征在于:所述翻转机构包括数量与第一通道相等的第二通道,所述第二通道包括旋转轴、连接杆和用于夹持浆果的夹持环,所述连接杆的数量为第二通道数量的整数倍;所述连接杆的一端与旋转轴连接,另一端与夹持环连接。 
4.根据权利要求3所述的小浆果外部品质光电智能化检测及分级装置,其特征在于:每个第二通道包括6个长度一致的连接杆,所述连接杆与旋转轴垂直,连接杆与其所连接的夹持环直径在同一直线上,相邻两个连接杆的夹角为60度,6个连接杆处于同一平面上。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的小浆果外部品质光电智能化检测及分级装置,其特征在于:所述CCD图像采集机构包括第一CCD图像传感器和第二CCD图像传感器,所述第一CCD图像传感器采集浆果一侧面的外形大小及表面图像信息,当翻转机构将浆果翻转180度后,第二CCD图像传感器采集浆果另一侧面的外形大小及表面图像信息。
