本实用新型涉及一种薄膜太阳能电池板的组件,具体的说是一种薄膜太阳能电池板的支撑架。由多个蜂窝状的架体(1)单元组成为连体式的支撑架,每个单元的架体(1)上设有一连接体(2),用以将两个架体(1)单元连接,其架体内的平面镂空,用以粘贴透明的基板,能够显著的提高太阳能电池板的发电效率,而且,由于采用了架体与基板分体式的设置,本还能够极大的增强太阳能电池板的整体强度,并且使其能够实现局部更换,便于维护。

本实用新型涉及一种薄膜太阳能电池板的组件,具体的说是一种薄膜太阳能电池板的支撑架。 
背景技术
薄膜太阳电池可以使用在价格低廉的玻璃、塑料、陶瓷、石墨,金属片等不同材料当基板来制造,形成可产生电压的薄膜厚度仅需数μm,转换效率较高。薄膜电池太阳电池除了平面之外,也因为具有可挠性可以制作成非平面构造其应用范围大,可与建筑物、车辆等结合或是变成其本体的一部份,应用非常广泛,传统的太阳能电池板均为平面整体状,转化效率低且一旦出现局部损坏往往需要整体更换,容易造成极大的浪费,这种传统的太阳能电池板都是使用的平板状的基板,极大的限制了太阳能电池板的发电效率。 
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种薄膜太阳能电池板的支撑架。 
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种薄膜太阳能电池板的支撑架,由多个蜂窝状的架体单元组成为连体式的支撑架,每个单元的架体上设有一连接体,用以将两个架体单元连接,其架体内的平面镂空,用以粘贴透明的基板。 
蜂窝状的架体单元组成连体式的支撑架,每个单元的架体上设有一连接体,用以将两个架体单元连接,使得多个架体组合成长条状,在透明的基板上铺设薄膜太阳能电池层后,将基板紧贴架体放置,之后将铺设成长条状的架体并行排列成一定面积,最后加设底板、侧板与顶板后即成蜂窝状太阳能电池板。 
作为最优的设置,所述的架体是呈透明状的,透明状的架体更利于其上面的薄膜太阳能电池层吸收太阳光。 
有益效果:本实用新型一种薄膜太阳能电池板的支撑架使得太阳能电池板能够制作成立体状,能够显著的提高太阳能电池板的发电效率,而且,由于采用了架体与基板分体式的设置,本还能够极大的增强太阳能电池板的整体强度,并且使其能够实现局部更换,便于维护。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式:如图所示的一种薄膜太阳能电池板的支撑架,由多个蜂窝状的架体1单元组成为连体式的支撑架,每个单元的架体1上设有一连接体2,用以将两个架体1单元连接,其架体内的平面镂空,用以粘贴透明的基板,每个架体1上均铺设薄膜太阳能电池层,多个架体1连接后组成长条状单元,多个长条状单元并排设置,之后加设底板、侧板、顶板与电器盒后,即可组成完整的薄膜太阳能电池板,所述的架体1透明,所述的蜂窝状连体式的支撑架,为立体透明状。
