本发明公开了一种多晶硅太阳能电池组件,包括:包括多组电池片单元,每组所述电池片单元包括多个太阳能电池片,每个所述太阳能电池片从下至下叠加设置有:集光层、电池片层、电极层和缓冲层,所述集光层、电池片层、电极层和缓冲层之间相连接,所述集光层、电池片层均为透光结构,每个所述电池片单元之间通过隧道结连接,两个相邻的电池片单元之间设置有绝缘层。通过上述方式,本发明一种多晶硅太阳能电池组件,相邻的电池片之间可以紧密接触,基本实现无缝接触,提高了光转化率,提高能效。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能光伏组件技术领域,特别是涉及一种多晶硅太阳能电池组件。
背景技术
单体太阳电池不能直接做电源使用,作电源必须将若干单体电池串、并联连接和严密封装成组件。太阳能电池组件(也叫太阳能电池组件)是太阳能发电系统中的核心部分,也是太阳能发电系统中最重要的部分。其作用是将太阳能转化为电能,或送往蓄电池中存储起来,或推动负载工作。太阳能电池组件的质量和成本将直接决定整个系统的质量和成本。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种多晶硅太阳能电池组件,相邻的电池片之间可以紧密接触,基本实现无缝接触,提高了光转化率,提高能效。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种多晶硅太阳能电池组件,包括多组电池片单元,每组所述电池片单元包括多个太阳能电池片,每个所述太阳能电池片从下至下叠加设置有:集光层、电池片层、电极层和缓冲层,所述集光层、电池片层、电极层和缓冲层之间相连接,所述集光层、电池片层均为透光结构,每个所述电池片单元之间通过隧道结连接,两个相邻的电池片单元之间设置有绝缘层。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述绝缘层设置在所述太阳能电池片的侧面。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述电池片单元沿所述电池片单元的长度方向平行布置。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述缓冲层主要由氧化硅制成。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述缓冲层的厚度介于 0.5 至 6纳米之间。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述集光层为白色透光板或透明材料的透光板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种多晶硅太阳能电池组件,相邻的电池片之间可以紧密接触,基本实现无缝接触,提高了光转化率,提高能效。
