背景技术
目前,国内棉签设备相对落后,一般的棉签成型为机器生产,整理、烘干、包装基本上都是手工操作,医用棉签所用竹杆因其圆度很不均匀,现有棉签机走杆、上棉、成型,无法达到顺畅运行。现有的棉杆上杆传动机构包括传动轮一、传动轮二、牛筋大轮,传动轮一、传动轮二、牛筋大轮依次啮合传动,棉杆经牛筋大轮与上压弧形牛筋板搓动自转,因棉杆本身存在缺陷,在搓动自转成型中很容易错乱,这样棉杆很容易掉下,经常需要人工帮助操作校正,既不方便操作,又难以保持产品清洁。 
发明内容
本发明创造要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能使其所用圆度不均匀竹杆,在自动生产线上顺畅运行传动机构,减少棉签次品率,方便操作以提高生产效率并保持产品清洁的棉杆上杆传动机构。 
本发明创造解决所述技术问题的方案是:一种棉杆上杆传动机构,包括传动轮一、传动轮二、牛筋大轮,传动轮一、传动轮二、牛筋大轮依次啮合传动,其特征在于,牛筋大轮前后二面上装有齿盘;齿盘的外径大于牛筋大轮,齿盘的外周为多个齿条连成一体,齿条之间留有空隙(方便棉杆放入不掉下),每个齿条一边大另一边小(方便棉杆传动)。本发明创造能使其所用圆度不均匀竹杆,在自动生产线上顺畅运行传动机构,减少棉签次品率,能方便操作以提高生产效率并保持产品清洁。

具体实施方式
一种棉杆上杆传动机构,包括传动轮一1、传动轮二2、牛筋大轮3,传动轮一1、传动轮二2、牛筋大轮3依次啮合传动,其特征在于,牛筋大轮3前后二面上装有齿盘4;齿盘4的外径大于牛筋大轮3,齿盘4的外周为多个齿条5连成一体,齿条5之间留有空隙(方便棉杆放入不掉下),每个齿条5一边大另一边小(方便棉杆传动或转动)。 
    棉签竹杆经走杆齿轮(传动轮一)传送到大盘齿轮(传动轮二)上,再由牛筋大轮转动搓其棉签杆自转,从而达到棉签走杆、上棉、成型无错乱现象之传动机构。 
本发明创造传动机构结构新颖,设备生产率极高,棉签到次品率低。
