传统浸蜡(石蜡)电容器元件的外壳均采用有色金属板经拉伸成型,其上盖与桶身经滚压而成。这种结构存在的问题是:1、加工工艺复杂,一次合成率较低。2、出现废品无法修复。3、耗用大量有色金属材料。

本实用新型是要解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种造价低,成型过程简单,易批量生产,后续操作简单的采用聚氯乙烯外壳的浸蜡式电容器元件。 
本实用新型涉及的采用聚氯乙烯外壳的浸蜡式电容器元件,包括外壳,在外壳内设置电容器元件并通过固体石蜡浸封,电容器元件上表面设有元件引线,其特殊之处是:所述外壳由通过螺纹连接的聚氯乙烯桶身和聚氯乙烯上盖构成,在聚氯乙烯桶身和聚氯乙烯上盖之间设置密封胶圈,所述密封胶圈通过聚氯乙烯上盖压紧,在聚氯乙烯上盖上设有引线出口,所述元件引线由聚氯乙烯上盖上的引线出口引出,在聚氯乙烯上盖上的引线出口处灌封树脂胶。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
1、在确保原有外壳绝缘强度的条件下,用聚氯乙烯材料替代有色金属制作桶身和上盖,聚氯乙烯为再生性化工原料,来源广泛,不耗用有色金属材料,造价低,可降低生产成本。
2、桶身和上盖为分体结构,通过桶身和上盖之间螺纹连接并设置密封胶圈实现桶口密闭,成型过程简单,易批量生产,后续操作简单,工时少。

如图所示,该采用聚氯乙烯外壳的浸蜡式电容器元件,包括由通过螺纹连接的聚氯乙烯桶身6和聚氯乙烯上盖1构成的外壳,在聚氯乙烯桶身6内设置电容器元件7,所述电容器元件7通过固体石蜡4浸封,电容器元件7上表面设有元件引线2,在聚氯乙烯桶身6和聚氯乙烯上盖1之间设置密封胶圈5,所述密封胶圈5通过聚氯乙烯上盖1压紧,在聚氯乙烯上盖1上设有引线出口,所述元件引线2由聚氯乙烯上盖1上的引线出口引出,在聚氯乙烯上盖1上的引线出口处灌封环氧树脂胶3。
