本实用新型属于机械领域，具体地说涉及一种接线盒分体式出线口装置。
背景技术
目前市场所应用的屏蔽电泵用隔爆接线盒出线接口结构与接线盒为整体结构，不同规格的电缆只能配套与之相同规格的接线盒，当需更换不同规格的电缆时，只能更换整个接线盒，在同系列出线接口部位没有互换性，或者当接线盒某个部位损坏时，只能采取整体更换，造成浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种接线盒分体式出线口装置，解决了背景技术中的接线盒与出线口为整体结构不能更换、造成浪费的缺点。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种接线盒分体式出线口装置，包括接线盒，接线盒与出线接口螺纹连接，出线接口内安有电缆垫圈、电缆密封圈、堵板和压紧螺套；
接线盒与出线接口之间安有O型密封圈。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型改进后，设计了单独的出线接口结构，增加了零件的互换性，节约了材料及成本，增加了应用的灵活性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述：一种接线盒分体式出线口装置，包括接线盒1，出线接口5用螺纹固定在接线盒1上，出线接口5内安有电缆垫圈2、电缆密封圈3、堵板6和压紧螺套4，接线盒1与出线接口5之间安有O型密封圈7，防止水和潮气进入接线盒中，起到防水防潮的作用。
出线接口5中装有电缆垫圈2，其作用是保护电缆密封圈3不被破坏，接线时，电缆从电缆密封圈3和电缆垫圈2的孔中通过，压紧螺套4通过压紧电缆垫圈2将电缆密封圈3与电缆可靠压紧，实现密封和防止电缆被拔脱。
当有两个出线接口5，其中一个不接入电缆时，压紧螺套4通过压紧堵板6，将电缆密封圈3与堵板6可靠压紧，实现密封和防止电缆被拔脱。

1.一种接线盒分体式出线口装置，包括接线盒（1），其特征是接线盒（1）与出线接口（5）螺纹连接，出线接口（5）内安有电缆垫圈（2）、电缆密封圈（3）、堵板（6）和压紧螺套（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种接线盒分体式出线口装置，其特征是接线盒（1）与出线接口（5）之间安有O型密封圈（7）。
