本实用新型涉及一种手表结构。该手表结构包括外壳和设在外壳内的机芯,外壳包括外环、表盖、内圈和底盖,底盖固定在内圈下方,内圈固定套设于外环里面,外环的通孔的上端设有往通孔内凸起的凸缘,凸缘与内圈的顶端形成环形卡槽,表盖的外缘卡接在卡槽内。本实用新型通过外环的凸缘和内圈的顶端配合夹住表盖,通过机械夹紧的方式取代表盖粘接的方式,加强了表盖的稳固性,使得表盖在长时间使用后也不会出现松动或脱落的现象,改善了手表的使用质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及钟表,尤其涉及一种手表结构。
背景技术
手表是人们日常生活用品,在市场上有五花八门的手表销售。多数的手表都是由壳体、底盖和透明的表盖组成,机芯设在表盖、壳体和底盖组成的密封空间里面。通常的手表结构中,表盖与壳体的连接分为两种:表盖与壳体粘贴;表盖通过过盈配合卡在壳体中。在手表使用了较长时间之后,这两种连接方式会出现不同程度的松动甚至掉落,影响了手表的使用质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于为克服现有技术的缺陷,而提供一种手表结构,加强表盖的稳固性,改善手表的使用质量。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种手表结构,包括外壳和设在外壳内的机芯,外壳包括外环、表盖、内圈和底盖,底盖固定在内圈下方,内圈固定套设于外环里面,外环的通孔的上端设有往通孔内凸起的凸缘,凸缘与内圈的顶端形成环形卡槽,表盖的外缘卡接在卡槽内。
进一步地,外环的凸缘的下表面为斜面,表盖的外缘上表面设有对应斜面的斜坡,斜坡抵顶于斜面。
进一步地,外环的上表面设有凹腔,凹腔内镶嵌有宝石。
进一步地,外壳还包括一体成型的表把,表把包括相互固定连接的拉管和把头,拉管贯穿外环与内圈并连接机芯;把头的外侧镶嵌有宝石。
进一步地,拉管与内圈之间设有两条第一密封圈,第一密封圈套设在拉管的凹槽内。
进一步地,外壳还包括壳耳,壳耳分布于底盖的周围并固定连接底盖。
进一步地,壳耳与底盖分别加工成型后装配固定成一体。
进一步地,卡槽内设有第二密封圈,第二密封圈夹在表盖的外缘与内圈的顶端之间。
进一步地,底盖与内圈之间设有第三密封圈。
进一步地,底盖设有U型槽,第三密封圈套设在U型槽内,内圈设有倾斜的下环面,下环面抵顶于第三密封圈。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果是:
(1)本实用新型通过外环的凸缘和内圈的顶端配合夹住表盖,通过机械夹紧的方式取代表盖粘接的方式,加强了表盖的稳固性,使得表盖在长时间使用后也不会出现松动或脱落的现象,改善了手表的使用质量。
(2)本实用新型中外环的凸缘是通过斜面抵顶于表盖的斜坡,斜面对表盖的压力分为指向下的力和指向中心的力,因此斜面既使得表盖固定,也能使的表盖往中心靠拢,避免表盖相对外环的中心偏移而影响外观。
(3)本实用新型的外环和表把均镶嵌有宝石,改善了手表的外观和提高了手表的档次。

具体实施方式
为了更充分理解本实用新型的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步介绍和说明。
本实用新型实施例的具体结构如图1至图10所示。本实施例的手表结构包括外壳和设在外壳内的机芯20。外壳包括外环12、表盖11、内圈13和底盖14。底盖14固定在内圈13下方。内圈13固定套设于外环12里面。具体地,内圈13与外环12是通过螺钉连接,而底盖14与内圈13也是通过螺钉连接。内圈13是钢制的,使得整个手表的手感显得厚重。外环12的通孔123的上端设有往通孔123内凸起的凸缘121。凸缘121与内圈13的顶端形成环形卡槽120,表盖11的外缘卡接在卡槽120内。
如图1至图7所示,外环12的凸缘121的下表面为斜面124。表盖11的外缘上表面设有对应斜面124的斜坡111。斜坡111抵顶于斜面124。
如图1至图7所示,表盖11的横截面为圆弧形且其凸起方向指向上,这样的作用是可以放大手表的指针,方便看时间,同时也可以使得落在表盖11上的雨滴可以尽快排向两边,从而不会影响观察手表指针。表盖11为蓝宝石做成的透明玻璃。
如图1至图7所示,外环12的上表面设有凹腔122,凹腔122内镶嵌有宝石40。外壳还包括一体成型的表把15,这样可以使得手表结构更加紧凑。表把15包括相互固定连接的拉管151和把头152。拉管151贯穿外环12与内圈13并连接机芯20。把头152的外侧镶嵌有宝石40。拉管151与内圈13之间设有两条第一密封圈31。第一密封圈31套设在拉管151的凹槽153内。两条第一密封圈31使得表把15拉出来做调整的时候,还能保证有一条第一密封圈31起到密封作用,提高了手表的密封性能。
如图1至图7所示,外壳还包括壳耳16。壳耳16分布于底盖14的周围并固定连接底盖14。壳耳16与底盖14分别加工成型后装配固定成一体。这样的结构相比壳耳16与底盖14一体加工的好处在于:壳耳16与底盖14连接的地方不会出现加工死角,手表的外观更美观、档次更高。
如图1至图7所示,卡槽120内设有第二密封圈32。第二密封圈32夹在表盖11的外缘与内圈13的顶端之间。底盖14与内圈13之间设有第三密封圈33。底盖14设有U型槽141。第三密封圈33套设在U型槽141内,第三密封圈33不容易移动,这可以使得拆装手表的时候更加的方便。内圈13设有倾斜的下环面131,下环面131抵顶于第三密封圈33。下环面131紧压住第三密封圈33,并且下环面131是倾斜的,这样第三密封圈33受到的压力既有向下的力也有指向中心的力,使得第三密封圈33的密封性更加可靠。

Claims (10)

1.一种手表结构,包括外壳和设在所述外壳内的机芯,其特征在于,所述外壳包括外环、表盖、内圈和底盖,所述底盖固定在内圈下方,所述内圈固定套设于外环里面,所述外环的通孔的上端设有往通孔内凸起的凸缘,所述凸缘与内圈的顶端形成环形卡槽,所述表盖的外缘卡接在卡槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的手表结构,其特征在于,所述外环的凸缘的下表面为斜面,所述表盖的外缘上表面设有对应所述斜面的斜坡,所述斜坡抵顶于所述斜面。
3.如权利要求1所述的手表结构,其特征在于,所述外环的上表面设有凹腔,所述凹腔内镶嵌有宝石。
4.如权利要求1所述的手表结构,其特征在于,所述外壳还包括一体成型的表把,所述表把包括相互固定连接的拉管和把头,所述拉管贯穿外环与内圈并连接机芯;所述把头的外侧镶嵌有宝石。
5.如权利要求4所述的手表结构,其特征在于,所述拉管与内圈之间设有两条第一密封圈,所述第一密封圈套设在拉管的凹槽内。
6.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的手表结构,其特征在于,所述外壳还包括壳耳,所述壳耳分布于底盖的周围并固定连接底盖。
7.如权利要求6所述的手表结构,其特征在于,所述壳耳与底盖分别加工成型后装配固定成一体。
8.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的手表结构,其特征在于,所述卡槽内设有第二密封圈,所述第二密封圈夹在表盖的外缘与内圈的顶端之间。
9.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的手表结构,其特征在于,所述底盖与内圈之间设有第三密封圈。
10.如权利要求9所述的手表结构,其特征在于,所述底盖设有U型槽,所述第三密封圈套设在U型槽内,所述内圈设有倾斜的下环面,所述下环面抵顶于第三密封圈。
