Abstract
本实用新型提供一种移动式电动盘绳机,包括电机,减速机,圆盘形固定支架,导线引向器和用于固定电机的电机底座,电机转轴与减速机连接,减速机输出轴上安装有连接法兰,固定支架通过螺栓与连接法兰相连固定于电机底座上方;所述固定支架包括圆形底盘,底盘上围绕底盘圆心均布有多个能够分别沿底盘径向移动的L型盘绳架,所述导线引向器为长条形内开槽的导线块,导线块上安装有用于调节内开槽长度的螺栓;盘绳机结构简单,拆卸方便,钢丝绳通过导线引向器缠绕在L型盘绳架上缠绕完毕用固定线卡紧固牢靠,将L型盘绳架向内移动,使盘绳松动将所缠绕的导线移出盘绳机,避免人为操作,造成人身不安全隐患发生,操作简单可靠性高。

背景技术
[0002] 电力线路输电铁塔搭建中,采用牵引钢丝绳将塔材吊上去,现有技术通常采用绞磨机作为动力,拉动牵引钢丝绳提升塔材。钢丝绳在绞磨机的绞盘上缠绕数圈后引出,钢丝绳首端连着塔材,另一端由作业人员拉紧,在塔材上升时,牵引钢丝绳的尾端会越来越长,因此作业人员会将多余的钢丝线盘绕在转盘上。随着电压等级提高,输电铁塔的高度也相应增高,并且铁塔重量也越来越重,塔材吊装中更多地采用省力的滑轮组,省力的同时必定会加长拉动距离,这样使得钢丝绳尾端会变的越来越长,使得一个吊装循环过程中作业人员需要拉紧、回收和盘绕的牵引钢丝绳的长度大大增加。因此,现有技术需要人力对钢丝绳尾端进行拉紧、回收和盘绕,作业人员劳动强度大,工作效率也低。
实用新型内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,拆卸方便,能减轻操作人员的劳动强度的移动式电动盘绳机。
[0004] 为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
[0005] —种移动式电动盘绳机,包括电机,减速机,圆盘形固定支架,导线引向器和用于固定电机的电机底座,电机转轴与减速机连接,减速机输出轴上安装有连接法兰,固定支架通过螺栓与连接法兰相连固定于电机底座上方;所述固定支架包括圆形底盘,底盘上围绕底盘圆心均布有多个能够分别沿底盘径向移动的L型盘绳架,所述导线引向器为开槽的导线块,导线块上安装有用于调节开槽长度的螺栓,导线穿过导线块上的开槽后缠绕在多个L型盘绳架上,通过调整导线块开槽的长度,调节导线在L型盘绳架缠绕的宽度。

[0010] 本实用新型的盘绳机由电机,减速机,圆盘形固定支架,导线引向器和用于固定电机的电机底座组成,就地安装电机及转子部分,组装电机底座,安装固定支架,将L型盘绳架安装在固定支架上,根据待缠绕钢丝绳的长度、粗细等调整L型盘绳架距离底盘中心的距离,固定好盘绳架,将钢丝绳穿过导线引向器绕在多根L型盘绳架上,启动控制电源,便可以开始缠绕导线;通过调整各L型盘绳架之间的距离可以盘绕各类导线和导线。
[0011] 盘绳机结构简单,拆卸方便,代替人工收集导线和导线减轻操作人员的劳动强度,钢丝绳通过导线引向器缠绕在L型盘绳架上,当缠绕完毕用固定线卡紧固牢靠,将L型盘绳架向内移动,使盘绳松动就可以很轻松将所缠绕的导线移出盘绳机,避免人为操作,造成人身不安全隐患发生,操作简单可靠性高。附图说明

具体实施方式

[0017] 参照图1和图2所示,一种移动式电动盘绳机,包括380V三相同步电机I,蜗轮减速机,圆盘形固定支架,导线引向器7和用于固定电机的电机底座3,电机转轴2与减速机连接,减速机输出轴上安装有连接法兰,固定支架通过螺栓与连接法兰相连固定于电机底座3上方;所述固定支架包括圆形底盘4,底盘上围绕底盘圆心均布有多个能够分别沿底盘径向移动的L型盘绳架5,可以在底盘4上围绕底盘圆心开设有多个凹槽,L型盘绳架5通过螺栓安装在凹槽内,通过在凹槽内移动L型盘绳架5的位置,调整各盘绳架之间的距离。所述导线引向器7为开槽的导线块,导线块上安装有用于调节内开槽长度的螺栓,所述螺栓从内开槽侧面穿过导线块,通过调整螺栓在内开槽内的位置,起到阻挡导线的作用,在盘绳时,导线随盘绳向上或向下一圈挨着一圈缠绕,导线在内开槽中移到,当导线移动到最高点或最低点时,受内开槽阻挡开始向相反方向移动,开始新一层导线缠绕,通过调整导线块开槽的长度,调节导线缠绕的宽度,避免导线缠绕在盘绳架外部。
[0018] 如图3所示,电动盘绳机还包括能够安装在多个盘绳架上的线盘6,根据导线的直径和导线的缠绕要求,制作相应的线盘6,不需大范围调整,只须放在四个L型盘绳架5上,即可达到缠绕目的,不同导线规格,有着不同存放使用要求。因此,该模具现场使用操作简单,调试方法实用,携带操作可靠。可以将导线直接盘绕在多个L型盘绳架5上,也可以将线盘6套在多个L型盘绳架5上,调整L型盘绳架5之间的距离,将线盘卡紧然后将钢丝绳或导线9缠绕在线盘上。
[0019] 本实用新型主要是提供输电线路钢绞线、绝缘绳、导线、电缆线以及能够缠绕的各类线径的盘绳机,他的主要功能是移动式盘绳机,可以分解就地安装在任意位置进行盘绳机缠绕的功能。如图1所示,动力机构由电机1,减速机和电机底座3组成可以现场安装、方便移动,携带方便,如图2固定支架由固定多个分部件组成,通过调整L型盘绳架在底盘4上凹槽中的位置扩大和缩小导线缠绕直径和长度,
[0020] 该电动盘绳机采用380V交直流电源,三相同步马达为动力装置,减速机采用蜗轮减速机,比速为1:60,线盘直径可根据线盘的大小要求确定,线盘转速16转/分钟。在线盘直径圆周上固定4个对称专用小槽钢,每个小槽钢与L型盘绳架位置对应,可以根据需要调整。也可做临时导线缠绕,也可做线盘缠绕,当缠绕好后,通过调整底盘位移可以轻松的将盘好导线移开。临时导线缠绕时,可用固定线卡8卡在导线上,以方便绑扎盘好的导线。机构简单,安全,可以方便、高效的整理各类钢丝绳及其他导线。
Claims (5)
1.一种移动式电动盘绳机,其特征在于:包括电机(1),减速机,圆盘形固定支架,导线引向器(7)和用于固定电机的电机底座(3),电机转轴(2)与减速机连接,减速机输出轴上安装有连接法兰,固定支架通过螺栓与连接法兰相连固定于电机底座(3)上方;所述固定支架包括圆形底盘(4),底盘上围绕底盘圆心均布有多个能够分别沿底盘径向移动的L型盘绳架(5),所述导线引向器(7)为开槽的导线块,导线块上安装有用于调节开槽长度的螺栓,导线穿过导线块上的开槽后缠绕在多个L型盘绳架上,通过调整导线块开槽的长度,调节导线在L型盘绳架缠绕的宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动式电动盘绳机,其特征在于:还包括安装在多个盘绳架上的线盘(6),导线穿过导线块上的开槽后缠绕在线盘(6)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的移动式电动盘绳机,其特征在于:所述底盘(4)上围绕底盘圆心开设有多个凹槽,L型盘绳架(5)通过螺栓安装在凹槽内。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的移动式电动盘绳机,其特征在于:所述电机(I)为380V三相同步电机。
