本实用新型涉及一种镀膜玻璃磨边时的除水装置。
背景技术
目前的玻璃基板在磨边时，是靠真空发生器在吸盘上产生真空吸取玻璃，转向后通过真空破坏释放玻璃来起到一个转向与输送的功能。由于磨边玻璃上沾有大量的冷却水，在吸盘吸取时，水会进入真空管道，当真空玻坏时，会导致破坏不彻底，玻璃释放不理想，造成拖拽现象，严重影响产能和质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单实用，满足良好转向输送的镀膜玻璃转向输送除水装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种镀膜玻璃转向输送除水装置，它包括转向输送装置，转向输送装置上安装有吸盘，吸盘的下方设有输送滚轮，其特征是所述输送滚轮的进口方向设有风刀。
所述风刀上设有多个扁形出风嘴。
本实用新型的有益效果有：
结构简单实用，设计合理，可防止真空破坏时的破坏不彻底现象，避免玻璃基板释放不理想，可有效提高镀膜玻璃磨边时的产能和质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步地说明：
如附图1所示，本实用新型它包括有转向输送装置1，转向输送装置1上安装有吸盘2，吸盘2的下方设有输送滚轮3，输送滚轮3上用来输送玻璃基板6。在输送滚轮3的进口方向设有风刀4，风刀4中通处压缩空气，在风刀4上可以设置多个扁形出风嘴5（如图2所示），也可以设成开多个出风孔，用于吹去玻璃基板6上的水，避免玻璃基板6上的水被吸盘2吸入真空管道。
本实用新型涉及的其它未说明部分与现有技术相同。

1.一种镀膜玻璃转向输送除水装置，它包括转向输送装置（1），转向输送装置（1）上安装有吸盘（2），吸盘（2）的下方设有输送滚轮（3），其特征是所述输送滚轮（3）的进口方向设有风刀（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镀膜玻璃转向输送除水装置，其特征是所述风刀（4）上设有多个扁形出风嘴（5）。
