拧紧套筒是工业生产领域常用的装置，特别是在柴油机装配领域。由于放水开关拧紧时，操纵杆在离心力作用下会甩开，与其他零件干涉。常用的方法有用手指围握，或在套筒上安装磁粒，本设计与上述形式有所不同。 
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供拧紧套筒装置，为达到上述目的，本实用新型提供了一种把操纵杆塞到薄壁环面内，实现同步转动，不会甩出机体外，安装拧紧，保护人身的一种拧紧套筒装置。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案是这样的，一种拧紧套筒装置，包括套筒、环套、轴挡、拱门槽、轴肩、环槽、中心孔、薄壁环面，其特征在于套筒（1）的轴肩（12）安装入环套（2）的中心孔（21），环套（2）有中心孔（21）和薄壁环面（22），中心孔（21）安装套筒（1）端头，环槽（13）安装有轴挡（3）。
所述套筒（1）上开有拱门槽（11），尾部有轴肩（12）和环槽（13），中心孔（21）过盈配合固定于轴肩（12），轴挡（3）安装于环槽（13）。
所述套筒（1）与放水开关联接，操纵杆安装到薄壁环面（22）内。
本实用新型具有的优点是，进一步地把套筒与放水开关联接，同时把操纵杆塞到薄壁环面内，当拧紧时，放水开关的操纵杆被限制在薄壁环面内，同步转动，不会甩出，实现安全拧紧，保护人身安全的目的。

实施例1，参照图1a到3a，该拧紧套筒装置由套筒（1）、环套（2）、轴挡（3）组成。套筒（1）上开有拱门槽（11），尾部有轴肩（12）和环槽（13）。环套（2）有中心孔（21）、环套（2）外壁有薄壁环面（22）。
环套（2）中心孔（21）过盈配合固定于套筒（1）轴肩（12），轴挡（3）安装于环槽（13）。把套筒（1）有拱门槽的一端与放水开关联接，拱门槽跨过阀门轴；一端与风动（电动）扳手连接，同时把操纵杆塞到薄壁环面（22）内，当拧紧（松）时，放水开关的操纵杆被限制在薄壁环面（22）内，同步转动，不会甩出，实现安全拧紧，保护人身安全的目的。操作安全，提高效率。
 实施例2，一种拧紧套筒装置，包括套筒、环套、轴挡、拱门槽、轴肩、环槽、中心孔、薄壁环面，其特征在于套筒（1）的轴肩（12）安装入环套（2）的中心孔（21），环套（2）有中心孔（21）和薄壁环面（22），中心孔（21）安装套筒（1）端头，环槽（13）安装有轴挡（3）。所述套筒（1）上开有拱门槽（11），尾部有轴肩（12）和环槽（13），中心孔（21）过盈配合固定于轴肩（12），轴挡（3）安装于环槽（13）。所述套筒（1）与放水开关联接，操纵杆安装到薄壁环面（22）内。
