本实用新型提供一种个性化牙种植体,包括牙种植体本体,还包括基台部,所述基台部设置在牙种植体本体上,所述基台部与牙种植体本体一体成型。本实用新型所述的个性化牙种植体的一体成型结构能避免传统两段式联接的微渗漏问题,而且成型表面无需喷砂处理。本实用新型所述的个性化牙种植体的牙根部基于人体牙根的真实扫描形状制成,在植入过程中能满足不同个体的牙根的需求;从而更有利于即刻种植,减少骨流失,减少手术流程,使成为微创甚至无创手术。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及牙种植领域,特别涉及一种牙种植体。 
背景技术
传统的口腔种植系统通常包括三部分:植入牙槽骨中与骨组织结合的牙种植体、人工牙冠以及在体部与人工牙冠之间起连接作用的口腔牙种植体基台。目前国际上通用的牙种植系统大多为两段式,即牙种植体加基台加联接螺钉。 
目前市场上所有的牙种植体、基台均是机加工的方式完成,且牙种植体与基台不为一体,两段式连接处的密封靠加工精度保证,若加工精度不高,密封性就会不好,会造成牙种植后微渗漏,影响种植成功率。而且牙种植体通常是同款式批量化生产,一般为螺纹式,固定的尺寸型号,缺少针对不同个体情况的个性化牙种植体,这种螺纹式种植体的手术流程中,对骨的伤害性较大。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种个性化牙种植体,其一体成型结构能避免传统联接的微渗漏问题。 
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 
一种个性化牙种植体,包括牙种植体本体,还包括基台部,所述基台部设置在牙种植体本体上,所述基台部与牙种植体本体一体成型。 
作为优选,所述牙种植体本体包括牙根部,所述牙根部的外形为基于人体牙根的真实扫描形状制成的形状。 
作为优选,所述基台部包括穿龈部及主体粘结部;所述牙根部、穿龈部及主体粘结部由下而上设置;所述穿龈部为倒圆锥台或其外表面为曲面;所述主体粘结部为圆锥台,所述主体粘结部的一侧有一切口; 
所述个性化牙种植体上表面垂直开设一贯穿基台部及牙种植体本体的闭孔,所述闭孔的上部设置为正多边形通孔;或者,所述个性化牙种植体的径向中部设置为多孔网状结构,所述多孔网状结构的敞口设置在所述个性化牙种植体的上表面。 
作为优选,所述牙根部与穿龈部的中轴线重合,所述主体粘结部的中轴线与穿龈部的中轴线重合或相互成角度。 
作为优选,所述牙根部的外表面的粗糙度为0.8~1.6微米。 
作为优选,所述穿龈部为倒圆锥台时,其锥面角度为10°~15°,其外表面的粗糙度为0.4~1.0微米;所述穿龈部只是外表面为曲面时,其外表面形状与口腔中缺失牙的部位的形状配合。 
作为优选,所述正多边形通孔为正六边形通孔,或为正四边形通孔,或为正八边形通孔。 
作为优选,所述个性化牙种植体的材料为医用纯钛。 
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果: 
本实用新型所述的个性化牙种植体的一体成型结构能避免传统两段式联接的微渗漏问题,而且成型表面无需喷砂处理。本实用新型所述的个性化牙种植体的牙根部基于人体牙根的真实扫描形状制成,在植入过程中能满足不同个体的牙根的需求;从而更有利于即刻种植,减少骨流失,减少手术流程,使成为微创甚至无创手术。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,为本实用新型所述的个性化牙种植体1,其包括牙种植体本体11及基台部12;个性化牙种植体1的材料为医用纯钛。 
基台部12设置在牙种植体本体11上侧,基台部12与牙种植体本体11一体成型。牙种植体本体11包括牙根部,基台部12包括穿龈部121及主体粘结部122。牙根部、穿龈部121及主体粘结部122由下而上设置,穿龈部121及主体粘结部122通过一环形曲面连接。牙根部与穿龈部121的中轴线重合,主体粘结部122的中轴线与穿龈部121的中轴线重合或相互成角度。 
牙根部的外形为基于人体牙根的真实扫描形状制成的形状;牙根部的外表面的粗糙度为0.8~1.6微米。 
穿龈部121为倒圆锥台或其外表面为曲面;穿龈部121外表面为曲面时,其整体为非倒 圆锥台。当穿龈部121为倒圆锥台时,其锥面角度为10°~15°,其外表面的粗糙度为0.4~1.0微米;当穿龈部121外表面为曲面时,其外表面形状与口腔中缺失牙的部位的形状配合。 
主体粘结部122为圆锥台,主体粘结部122的一侧有一切口。 
个性化牙种植体1上表面垂直开设一贯穿基台部12及牙种植体本体11的闭孔13,闭孔13的上部设置为正多边形通孔131;或者,个性化牙种植体1的径向中部设置为多孔网状结构,所述多孔网状结构的敞口设置在个性化牙种植体1的上表面。正多边形通孔131为正六边形通孔,或为正四边形通孔,或为正八边形通孔。 
本实用新型部分结构的作用: 
牙根部:外形为基于人体牙根的真实扫描形状制成的形状,能更好的与缺牙牙窝相结合,省去传统型牙种植体手术过程的钻孔,扩孔,攻丝过程,减少手术创伤,减少骨流失;更适合即刻种植方式,对骨头无损伤。 
穿龈部:为倒圆锥台,能完成负荷平台转移功能。当穿龈部仅是外表面为曲面时,其外表面形状与口腔中缺失牙的部位的形状配合,进一步提升修复的美学效果。 
正多边形通孔:取持个性化牙种植体工具的工具位。 
个性化牙种植体中部的闭孔或设置的多孔网状结构:降低了重量,同时增加了结构强度。 
本实用新型所述的个性化牙种植体是将传统的牙种植体系统的基台与牙种植体整合并且一体成型地制造出来,其避免传统两段式联接的微渗漏问题,且成型表面无需喷砂处理。牙根部基于人体牙根的真实扫描形状制成,在植入过程中能满足不同个体的牙根的需求。 
本实用新型所述的个性化牙种植体可通过3D打印制造技术制作而成。 
本实用新型并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本实用新型的各种改动或变型不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变型属于本实用新型的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本实用新型也意图包含这些改动和变动。

1.一种个性化牙种植体,包括牙种植体本体,其特征在于,还包括基台部,所述基台部设置在牙种植体本体上,所述基台部与牙种植体本体一体成型; 
所述牙种植体本体包括牙根部,所述牙根部的外形为基于人体牙根的真实扫描形状制成的形状; 
所述基台部包括穿龈部及主体粘结部;所述牙根部、穿龈部及主体粘结部由下而上设置;所述穿龈部为倒圆锥台或其外表面为曲面;所述主体粘结部为圆锥台,所述主体粘结部的一侧有一切口; 
所述个性化牙种植体上表面垂直开设一贯穿基台部及牙种植体本体的闭孔,所述闭孔的上部设置为正多边形通孔;或者,所述个性化牙种植体的径向中部设置为多孔网状结构,所述多孔网状结构的敞口设置在所述个性化牙种植体的上表面。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的个性化牙种植体,其特征在于,所述牙根部与穿龈部的中轴线重合,所述主体粘结部的中轴线与穿龈部的中轴线重合或相互成角度。 
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的个性化牙种植体,其特征在于,所述牙根部的外表面的粗糙度为0.8~1.6微米。 
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的个性化牙种植体,其特征在于,所述穿龈部为倒圆锥台时,其锥面角度为10°~15°,其外表面的粗糙度为0.4~1.0微米;所述穿龈部只是外表面为曲面时,其外表面形状与口腔中缺失牙的部位的形状配合。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的个性化牙种植体,其特征在于,所述正多边形通孔为正六边形通孔,或为正四边形通孔,或为正八边形通孔。 
6.根据权利要求1所述的个性化牙种植体,其特征在于,所述个性化牙种植体的材料为医用纯钛。
