本实用新型涉及一种电动车用驱动桥总成,属于电动车领域。
背景技术
目前国内的电动车多采用单轮传动、链条传动或皮带传动,其结构复杂,需要控制车速特别是在转弯时减速慢行,否则会出现车辆侧翻现象。虽有产品改变电动机转子结构来实现车辆在行驶中特别是转弯时减少阻力,但这种结构的产品存在着散热效果不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电动车用驱动桥总成,其结构合理,直接更换转子即可以,维修方便,由于差速器与电机为一体,并在电机中预留空间,使电机工作时可以更好地散热。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种电动车用驱动桥总成,由轴头、驱动桥和内置差速器的电机组成,其特征在于:轴头固定连接在驱动桥上,驱动桥与电机连接,其中差速器装在两个半圆形的差速器壳内,电机中的差速器壳外套装有转子磁场圈,在转子磁场圈上套有转子磁场,转子磁场圈与差速器壳的两端留有空间,半轴通过轴头、驱动桥和电机与差速器中的半轴齿轮啮合。
所述的驱动桥作为电机端盖与电机固定连接。
所述的轴头两端的距离为2100mm±3mm。
本实用新型的积极效果是其结构合理,直接更换转子即可以,维修方便,差速器与电机一体,并在电机中预留空间,使电机工作时可以更好地散热。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述:如图1、2所示,一种电动车用驱动桥总成,由轴头、驱动桥和内置差速器的电机组成,其特征在于:轴头固定连接在驱动桥上,驱动桥与电机端盖连接,其中差速器装在两个半圆形的差速器壳内,电机中的差速器壳外套装有转子磁圈,在转子磁圈上套有转子磁场,转子磁圈与差速器壳的两端留有空间,半轴通过轴头、驱动桥和电机与差速器中的半轴齿轮啮合。
所述的驱动桥作为电机端盖与电机固定连接。
所述的轴头两端的距离为2100mm±3mm。
使用时驱动桥直接与电机的两侧端盖连接,轴头采用东风153标准轴头,轴头标准长368mm。轴头与半轴法兰内测的距离要保证5-7mm,不能贴上,要不然轴头的螺纹就烧掉了。
车轮套装在轴头上的半轴上,当电动车转弯时,差速器上的半轴齿轮和差速器内的行星齿轮轴连接做差速工作;当出现故障需要修理时,可以直接更换转子磁圈或更换转子磁场。当电机没有两侧端盖时可以将驱动桥直接固定在电机两侧,即节省空间又有利于维护。

1. 一种电动车用驱动桥总成,由轴头、驱动桥和电机组成,差速器内置在电机中,其特征在于:轴头固定连接在驱动桥上,驱动桥与电机连接,其中差速器装在两个半圆形的差速器壳内,电机中的差速器壳外套装有转子磁场圈,在转子磁场圈上套有转子磁场,转子磁场圈与差速器壳的两端留有空间,半轴通过轴头、驱动桥和电机与差速器中的半轴齿轮啮合。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车用驱动桥总成,其特征在于所述的驱动桥作为电机端盖与电机固定连接。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车用驱动桥总成,其特征在于所述的轴头两端的距离为2100mm±3mm。
