背景技术：
现有的振动筛上安装的镶嵌式激振器，由于偏心块外径大于激振器安装孔，检修时需要先将偏心块从筛上拆下来，再拆下激振器机体；安装时则先将激振器机体装上，再将偏心块装在筛上，拆装过程非常麻烦费事，影响生产。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种拆装省工省时的镶嵌式激振器。
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，一种镶嵌式激振器，它包括有传动轴，其特征在于：在传动轴的中间经轴承安装有一个激振辊，在激振辊两侧的传动轴上分别安装有一对外径小于激振辊的可调偏心块和一个固定偏心块，在各固定偏心块外侧于传动轴上分别安装有一个螺母，在激振辊的中心圆周上固定有一个锁紧定位环。
本实用新型在安装时将其在工作台上组装好后，放进振动筛的激振器安装孔，装上定位环即可，拆下时则相反，拆装过程省时省工，影响生产小。
