背景技术
HATZ1B30柴油发动机应用领域越来越广泛，在发动机维护与拆装过程中，发动机飞轮因其安装位置与固定方式特殊，使其很难拆装。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对HATZ1B30柴油发动机，设计一种柴油发动机飞轮拆卸装置，能便捷的拆卸HATZ1B30发动机飞轮。以适应用发动机维护与使用的需求。实现本实用新型的目的所采取的技术方案是：该柴油发动机飞轮拆卸装置设有固定盘，固定盘上设有飞轮螺栓孔及飞轮固定孔，与固定盘相配合有加力杆支撑块，加力杆支撑块上设有加力杆孔，固定盘与加力杆支撑块焊接为一个整体。
本实用新型利用自身结构固定于HATZ1B30柴油发动机飞轮上，无需对机组本身作任何改动，能够很好的满足发动机维护与使用的需求。

具体实施方式
参照附图，该柴油发动机飞轮拆卸装置设有固定盘1，固定盘1上设有飞轮螺栓孔2及飞轮固定孔3，与固定盘1相配合有加力杆支撑块4，加力杆支撑块4上设有加力杆孔5，固定盘1与加力杆支撑块4焊接为一个整体。使用时，将固定盘1的飞轮螺栓孔2套在飞轮螺栓上，通过螺栓穿过飞轮固定孔3固定在发动机飞轮的螺孔上，将加力杆穿过加力杆支撑块4上的加力杆孔5，将加力杆加力使固定飞轮的螺栓旋转脱落，将飞轮卸下。

1.一种柴油发动机飞轮拆卸装置，其特征在于：该拆卸装置设有固定盘（1），固定盘（1）上设有飞轮螺栓孔（2）及飞轮固定孔（3），与固定盘（1）相配合有加力杆支撑块（4），加力杆支撑块（4）上设有加力杆孔（5），固定盘（1）与加力杆支撑块（4）焊接为一个整体。
