背景技术
[0002] 电池是城市固体废物中需要处置的潜在危险废物数量的主要来源,其含有对环境和人体健康产生负面影响的毒性化学物。汞可以致畸形,引发中枢神经疾病;铅会导致贫血,神经功能失调和肾损伤;镉、镍可以致癌。铅酸电池是目前世界上各类电池中产量最大、用途最广的一种电池,使用寿命一般为1.2-2年。
[0003] 铅酸电池为二次干电池,也叫密封铅酸电池,含有多钟重金属、废酸、废碱等成分,以金属铅为阳极,氧化铅为阴极,硫酸为电解液。完整的废蓄电池通常由液态的电解液(H2SO4溶液,约占11%_30%)、固态的塑料(聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、胶木等,约占22%-30%)、金属铅块(板栅、连接件,约占24%-30%)、铅膏(约占30%_40% )和渣泥等几类物质组成。
[0004] 铅酸电池的回收再利用早也已产业化,回收利用主要是为了回收铅、硫酸以及塑料外壳。例如:专利CN101797526A公开了一种废铅酸电池破碎机,包括进料口、破碎仓、过滤装置和出料口,所述破碎仓内设置有破碎锤;该设备结构简单、成本低廉、使用寿命长、维护成本低,工序少、工艺简单、破碎效果好。专利CN203123752U公开了一种电池回收装置,包括煤气发生炉、合金锅、精炼炉、烟道和除尘箱,所述合金锅的出烟管中设有通风机;烟道壳体由隔板分隔成上换热区和下换热区;它不仅将烟道中的余热再利用,减少对环境的热污染,同时,通过将烟尘 进过过滤袋过滤后再进入水液中过滤,二次过滤,其除尘更彻底,降低排出的烟尘对环境的污染。
[0005] 对于铅酸电池回收的破碎分选系统,目前主要有意大利Engitec公司开发的CX破碎分选系统和美国M.A公司开发的M.A破碎分选系统,但它们的设备大型化、结构复杂使用不便。专利CN201956444U也公开了一种蓄电池破碎分选结构,包括传送网带和传送链带,所述传送网带设置在料口下方,所述料口下方还设置有传送链带,并且该传送链带与料口之间隔有所述传送网带。它具有结构简单的特点,使用传动网带将塑料滤走,使用传动链带将铅膏滤走,但是其分选效果较差。

1.一种铅块与塑料分离装置,其特征在于:包括物料输入口、水池和分别设置于水池上部、下部的上部绞龙和下部绞龙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铅块与塑料分离装置,其特征在于:所述的上部绞龙和所述的下部绞龙由各自独立的电机进行驱动、控制。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的铅块与塑料分离装置,其特征在于:所述的下部绞龙倾斜设置。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的铅块与塑料分离装置,其特征在于:所述的上部绞龙与所述的下部绞龙错位设置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的铅块与塑料分离装置,其特征在于:所述的上部绞龙与所述的下部绞龙垂直设置。
6.一种铅酸电池破碎分选系统,包括输送带、破碎机和滚筒,输所述的输送带将铅酸电池输送至所述的破碎机进行破碎预处理,破碎之后的电池破碎混合物被输送至所述的滚筒中将铅膏分离,剩余的破碎混合物被输送至根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的铅块与塑料分离装置中将铅块与塑料分离。
7.根据权利要求6所述的铅酸电池破碎分选系统,其特征在于:包括2个以上的铅膏与塑料分离装置,各个铅块与塑料分离装置逐级连接,上一级铅块与塑料分离装置中的下部绞龙的输出端作为下一级铅块与塑料分离装置中的物料输入口。
