Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种水轮机活动导叶带推力轴承的密封结构,其包括导叶下轴颈、径向轴承、“O”型密封圈、螺栓Ⅰ、螺栓Ⅱ、下端盖、调节螺栓、锁紧螺母、推力轴承和圆盘,导叶下轴颈装入底环的径向轴承后,从导叶轴端下方依次装入“O”型密封圈、推力轴承和圆盘,拧紧螺栓Ⅰ将圆盘固定在导叶轴端面,压紧后推力轴承轴向有0.05mm左右的间隙。安装下端盖,拧紧螺栓Ⅱ固定,装入调节螺栓,按导叶端面间隙要求调整好导叶轴向位置,用锁紧螺母固定。本实用新型采用下拆式密封加轴向推力轴承组合的结构,能够在不拆导水机构的情况下可方便更换密封圈;同时可以避免导叶因端面水压力变化而产生轴向窜动,使得运行更稳定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水轮发电机的附件,尤其是涉及一种水轮机活动导叶带推力轴承的密封结构。
背景技术
水轮发电机组中活动导叶轴密封的目的是防止通过导水机构过流面的压力水沿导叶轴颈渗漏。传统的活动导叶下轴颈1密封结构如图1所示,是采用“O”型圈密封结构,导叶下轴颈1装入底环5的径向轴承2后,“O”型圈3安装在导叶6轴下端且导叶6轴下端底部连接有排水管4,加工在底环5上的导叶6轴孔是盲孔结构,密封件的安装和更换都不太方便,且还存在密封件安装时破损的可能性,这对于高水头混流式水轮机,就会产生较多水能的流失;如取消活动导叶轴颈下端的排水孔,如图2所示,漏水量的增加会使得导叶轴向受力不平衡,运行时导叶会产生轴向窜动,影响水轮机发电机运行的稳定性。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供了一种适合高水头混流式水轮机的活动导叶下轴颈带推力轴承密封结构。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
水轮机活动导叶下轴颈带推力轴承的密封结构,其包括导叶下轴颈、径向轴承、“O”型密封圈、螺栓Ⅰ、螺栓Ⅱ、下端盖、调节螺栓、锁紧螺母、推力轴承和圆盘,导叶下轴颈装入底环的径向轴承后,从导叶轴端下方依次装入“O”型密封圈、推力轴承和圆盘,拧紧螺栓Ⅰ将圆盘固定在导叶轴端面,压紧后推力轴承轴向有0.05mm左右的间隙。安装下端盖,拧紧螺栓Ⅱ固定,装入调节螺栓,按导叶端面间隙要求调整好导叶轴向位置,用锁紧螺母固定。                 
本实用新型采用下拆式密封加轴向推力轴承组合的结构,径向动密封由“O”型橡胶密封圈和导叶下轴颈不锈钢配合面组成,安装在导叶轴下端,可下拆,即在不拆导水机构的情况下可方便更换密封圈;轴向推力轴承的增加可保证运行时导叶轴向位置的正确性,推力轴承位置通过调节螺栓调整到位后用螺母锁锭,避免导叶因端面水压力变化而产生轴向窜动,使得运行更稳定。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图3,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
水轮机活动导叶下轴颈带推力轴承的密封结构,其包括导叶下轴颈1、径向轴承2、“O”型密封圈3、螺栓Ⅰ13、螺栓Ⅱ12、下端盖11、调节螺栓7、锁紧螺母8、推力轴承9和圆盘10,导叶下轴颈1装入底环5的径向轴承2后,从导叶6轴端下方依次装入“O”型密封圈3、推力轴承9和圆盘10,拧紧螺栓Ⅰ13将圆盘10固定在导叶轴端面,压紧后推力轴承轴9向有0.05mm左右的间隙。安装下端盖11,拧紧螺栓Ⅱ12固定,装入调节螺栓7,按导叶端面间隙要求调整好导叶轴向位置,用锁紧螺母8固定。

1.水轮机活动导叶下轴颈带推力轴承的密封结构,其特征在于:包括导叶下轴颈、径向轴承、“O”型密封圈、螺栓Ⅰ、螺栓Ⅱ、下端盖、调节螺栓、锁紧螺母、推力轴承和圆盘,导叶下轴颈装入底环的径向轴承后,从导叶轴端下方依次装入“O”型密封圈、推力轴承和圆盘,拧紧螺栓Ⅰ将圆盘固定在导叶轴端面,压紧后推力轴承轴向有0.05mm左右的间隙;安装下端盖,拧紧螺栓Ⅱ固定,装入调节螺栓,按导叶端面间隙要求调整好导叶轴向位置,用锁紧螺母固定。
