Abstract

背景技术

当在汽车中使用一个电子设备时,例如,举例来说,手机,该设备应该正确地安装及充电。目前的安装系统常常需要两个手去正确地安装该设备。一旦安装该设备,电源线需要分别地连接。该过程相对复杂和耗费时间。 
实用新型内容
用于集成传导式充电的电子设备的磁性安装系统包括一个壳体及外罩。该壳体连接至手机设备并且包括一个印刷电路板(PCB)、接线和金属板。该外罩包括磁体及插脚。该磁体和金属板的结构是设置为将壳体可移动地连接至外罩。该插脚和印刷电路板的结构是设置为当壳体连接至外罩时,从插脚向印刷电路板提供电力。

具体实施方式
通过举例的方式,并参照图1和2,本公开文本的一个实施例包括带一个壳体12、主要的外罩14、及底座16的一个安装系统10。壳体12可包括一个或多个金属板20及一个印刷电路板(PCB)22,其形状可以是圆形的。PCB22通过接线26连接至连接器24。可以定制壳体12使得可以与不同的设备和模型相兼容。例如,壳体12的一个实施例包括一个连接器24和开孔28a、28b、28c,其与苹果手机兼容。其他的实施例与其他的设备或智能手机模型相兼容。例如,壳体12可以置于智能手机的背后或者旁边,或者将它置于设备的电池盖。 
外罩14可包括一个或多个铷磁体30,其可定位于前板31的后面。磁体30可布置为正好相反的位置。例如,磁体30可排列为正方形,并且它们可以相对于正方形的各边斜对角地定向。例如,该模式在图6中可见。磁体30在壳体12中与金属板20相互作用以使壳体12与前板31对齐。外罩也可以包括一个由凸环34包绕的嵌入区域32。由于磁体30将壳体12牵引到前板31,嵌入区域32可以围绕壳体12中的PCB22与突出物相互作用来改善壳体12与前板31的对齐。一个或多个插脚38可定位在嵌入区域32中。当壳体12与前板31相接触时,插脚38与壳体12中的PCB22接触。当与PCB22接触时,插脚38能向壳体12提供电流,这使得通过连接器24可以向手机或者设备充电。这种结构使得手机或者其它设备磁式地安装并且几乎同时开始充电,只需将手机放置在安装系统10上。外罩也可以包括一个吸盘39,用来连接汽车的挡风玻璃或者其他设备。连接的可替换方式包括用于连接通风孔的回针、搁在仪表盘上的加重底座等等。 
再参看图3、4和6,磁体30嵌入前板31的背后的槽中。插脚38可在板31的后面延伸至电路板40。电路板通过螺钉42和垫圈44或任何其他适当的构件固定于前板31。 
可选地,安装系统10可包括传感器或其他装置来通知手机其已经被安装好。该通知可以通过软件来用于手机启动或者与不同的软件应用或者组件相互作用。PCB22可以配置为接受交流电转接器,以便于该手机可以利用除安装系统10以外的传统充电器充电。 
参照图5,本公开文本的一个可替换的实施例可以配置为安装或者放置在平面上、固定表面上例如桌面、书架、桌子、床头柜等。该可替换的实施例包括带一壳体112和外罩114的一个安装系统110。壳体可包括一个或多个金属板120、一个PCB122及至电源连接器(未显示)的接线126。壳体可包括一电源连接器及开孔28a、28b、28c,用于特定型号的设备或智能手机,例如三星Galaxy S3。 
外罩114可包括一个或多个磁体130,其可被前板131覆盖。外罩116可包括一个由凸环134围绕的嵌入区域132。外罩可包括一个安装连接器139。

Claims (1)

1.用于集成传导式充电的电子设备的磁性安装系统,所述系统包括: 
一个壳体,配置为连接至移动设备,所述壳体包括印刷电路板、接线及金属板;及 
一个外罩,包括磁体和插脚, 
其特征在于,所述磁体和金属板的结构是设置为将壳体可移动地连接至外罩,及 
进一步地,其中所述插脚和印刷电路板的结构是设置为当壳体连接至外罩时从插脚向印刷电路板提供电力。
