前冲洗管路伸缩装置，该装置包括伸缩管、底座、密封圈、压盖、螺钉、防尘圈，其中伸缩管在底座的空腔内，伸缩管与底座之间安装有密封圈，密封圈顶部安装有压盖，压盖固定在底座上，压盖上安装有防尘圈，法兰盘与伸缩管1顶部焊成一体，法兰盘与底座组焊成一体。本实用新型通过采用伸缩管取代了原有的胶管、不锈钢波纹管等柔性软管，由于整条管路均采用可靠性高的钢管连接，因此管路的故障率大大降低，解决了维修难度大、使用成本高等问题。同时该装置结构紧凑，密封性能好，使用寿命长，可靠性高。能够解决大口径低压管路连接中连接长度调节的问题。

本实用新型涉及到钢管制造领域，特别涉及到钢管管路伸缩装置。
背景技术
管路伸缩装置是用来连接管路进、出口距离需要调整的过渡装置。在一些大口径的管路上，一般使用胶管、不锈钢波纹管等柔性软管连接进、出口位置需要调整的部位，这类软管都有一个使用寿命，如果损坏过于频繁，维修难度大，必须更换新的，这样不仅使设备的故障率上升，也会导致使用成本增加。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种前冲洗管路伸缩装置，该装置采用无缝钢管取代软管，并且增设了高度调节装置，既实现了原有管路伸缩装置连接管路进、出口的目的，又大大提高了装置的稳定性和降低了使用成本。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：
前冲洗管路伸缩装置，其特征在于：该装置包括伸缩管、底座、密封圈、压盖、螺钉、防尘圈，其中伸缩管在底座的空腔内，伸缩管与底座之间安装有密封圈，密封圈顶部安装有压盖，压盖固定在底座上，压盖上安装有防尘圈，法兰盘与伸缩管1顶部焊成一体，法兰盘与底座组焊成一体。
本实用新型的积极效果为：本实用新型通过采用伸缩管取代了原有的胶管、不锈钢波纹管等柔性软管，由于整条管路均采用可靠性高的钢管连接，因此管路的故障率大大降低，解决了维修难度大、使用成本高等问题。同时该装置结构紧凑，密封性能好，使用寿命长，可靠性高。能够解决大口径低压管路连接中连接长度调节的问题。

伸缩管1在底座2的空腔内，伸缩管1与底座2之间安装有密封圈3，密封圈3顶部安装有压盖4，压盖4固定在底座2上，压盖4上安装有防尘圈6，法兰盘7与伸缩管1顶部焊成一体，法兰盘8与底座2组焊成一体。
在使用时，法兰盘7连接管路的入口端，法兰盘8连接管路的出口端，当出口与入口的距离需要调整时，由于伸缩管1的伸缩性，可以与底座2之间可以相对运动，从而实现长度可调，同时由于密封圈3能够保证良好的密封性，因此移动过程中不会发生泄漏。法兰盘7和法兰盘8的大小可根据实际需要选择，以满足不同的工况需求。

1.前冲洗管路伸缩装置，其特征在于：该装置包括伸缩管（1）、底座（2）、密封圈（3）、压盖（4）、螺钉（5）、防尘圈（6），其中伸缩管（1）在底座（2）的空腔内，其特征在于：伸缩管（1）与底座（2）之间安装有密封圈（3），密封圈（3）顶部安装有压盖（4），压盖（4）固定在底座（2）上，压盖（4）上安装有防尘圈（6），法兰盘（7）与伸缩管（1）顶部焊成一体，法兰盘（8）与底座（2）组焊成一体。
