目前在很多行业中采用打包钢带进行打包，一般将一大卷包装的钢带堆放在地上，而一大卷包装的钢带内有若干卷钢带，在打包时取出一卷钢带将其吊运到盘卷机上，而钢带很重，操作不方便，费时费力。
