本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的，所述的浅槽分选机悬浮液撤介导流器，其特征在于设置一个长方形悬浮液导流箱体4，悬浮液导流箱体4的侧端设置一个悬浮液导流盘1，在悬浮液导流盘1上设置悬浮液导流孔13，在悬浮液导流箱体4的底端设置悬浮液导流管12，在悬浮液导流箱体4的上端前后两部位设置水道3、气道5，在悬浮液导流箱体4的另一端设置附加轴6，同时在附加轴6上设有防腐箱体7，(为保护活塞杆在运行中腐烂)，在悬浮液导流孔13内设置导流销2，导流销2通过活塞杆与油缸8连接，油缸8通过油管9连接于液压泵体11，液压泵体11连接于液压电机10。
其工作原理是在需要清除悬浮液，将液压电机10启动，使液压泵体11通过油管9为油缸8加力，通过活塞杆将悬浮液导流销2拉回，悬浮液通过悬浮液导流盘1上的悬浮液导孔13进入悬浮液导流箱体4，经过悬浮液导流箱体4底端设置的悬浮液导流管112排除，在排除悬浮液的同时，在悬浮液导流箱体4的上端两部位设置的水道3、气道5的作用下，将悬浮液导流箱体4体内的悬浮液清除干净，在气道5的吹风作用下，将悬浮液反复清理导流，将堵在悬浮液导流孔13的悬浮物吹掉，完成浅槽分选机悬浮液自动导流清除工作，之后反向运行，将悬浮液导流销2送入并贴紧悬浮液导盘1，停车。
