立式环磨机上的锤轮是装在摆臂上，锤轮通过离心力在碾环上滚动碰撞对物料进行粉碎，由于立式环磨机动力是相对固定的，离心力也中相对固定，为了达到对物料更细的粉碎要求，就要在锤轮上加力。

本实用新型的技术方案是，一种立式环磨机加力锤轮，在立式环磨机的摆臂和旋转架之间装有加力机构；所述的加力机构包括伸缩套，伸缩杆的一端插入在伸缩套中，在伸缩杆和伸缩套之间装有弹簧，伸缩套一端通过伸缩套活动轴固定在摆臂上，伸缩杆一端通过伸缩杆活动轴固定在旋转架上。 
在伸缩杆与伸缩套的接触面上设有密封环。 
本实用新型具有如下的技术效果，由于锤轮上增加了加力机构，加力机构中的弹簧力施加在锤轮，增加了锤轮在碾环上滚动碰撞的压力，能将物料粉碎得更细，提高物料的一次磨成率。

如图1、图2、图3所示，一种立式环磨机快速拆卸安装锤轮，包括旋转架5，旋转架5装在立式环磨机1的主轴4上，在立式环磨机1内壁装有碾环2，在碾环2下侧有阻流环3，摆臂7通过摆臂轴6装在旋转架5上，锤轮轴8上装有锤轮9，在立式环磨机的摆臂7和旋转架5之间装有加力机构10；所述的加力机构10包括伸缩套15，伸缩杆12的一端插入在伸缩套15中，在伸缩杆 12和伸缩套15之间装有弹簧14，伸缩套15一端通过伸缩套活动轴16固定在摆臂7上，伸缩杆12一端通过伸缩杆活动轴11固定在旋转架5上；在伸缩杆12与伸缩套15的接触面上设有密封环13。

1.一种立式环磨机加力锤轮，其特征在于：在立式环磨机的摆臂（7）和旋转架（5）之间装有加力机构（10）；所述的加力机构（10）包括伸缩套（15），伸缩杆（12）的一端插入在伸缩套（15）中，在伸缩杆（12）和伸缩套（15）之间装有弹簧（14），伸缩套（15）一端通过伸缩套活动轴（16）固定在摆臂（7）上，伸缩杆（12）一端通过伸缩杆活动轴（11）固定在旋转架（5）上。
