现有的立式环磨机的锤轮是由圆筒形的耐磨件通过固定件装在锤轮座，锤轮座通过轴承装在锤轮轴上，工作时由于锤轮的耐磨件受到反复冲击，耐磨件受到的力不均匀，长时间运行很容易磨损，使用寿命短。

如图1、图2、图3所示，一种立式环磨机球式锤轮，主轴套4装在立式环磨机1的主轴3上，在主轴套4装有旋转臂5，磨球压杆9一端有压簧10装在在旋转臂5中，在磨球压杆9与旋转臂5之间装有直线轴承6，磨球压杆9另一端有磨球套7，在磨球套7中有磨球8，磨球8压在立式环磨机球1内壁上的碾环2上。
