发明内容
    本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种喷油式锥面轴承。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的喷油式锥面轴承，包括转轴，喷油轴套，机架，集油箱，其特征是，在喷油轴套转轴锥面接触的锥面轴向中心位置设置一道导油槽，导油槽上设置有喷油口，连接到喷油泵的出油口，油泵的入口经过过滤器和集油箱连接。    
所述转轴上设置一个挡油台阶，集油箱的外壳将挡油台阶包裹在内，并与挡油台阶不接触，机架密封穿过集油箱和喷油轴套固定连接。
本实用新型的优点在于：当转轴锥面负载力量发生变化导致转轴和喷油轴套之间的锥面喷油间隙发生变化时，喷油泵的出口端压强会自动发生改变，整个供油系统结构简单，成本低廉。

所述转轴1上设置一个挡油台阶9，集油箱4的外壳将挡油台阶9包裹在内，并与挡油台阶9不接触，机架3密封穿过集油箱4和喷油轴套2固定连接。

1.一种喷油式锥面轴承，包括转轴（1），喷油轴套（2），机架（3），集油箱（4），其特征是，在喷油轴套（2）转轴（1）锥面接触的锥面轴向中心位置设置一道导油槽（5），导油槽（5）上设置有喷油口（6），连接到喷油泵（7）的出油口，喷油泵（7）的入口经过过滤器（8）和集油箱（4）连接。
