背景技术
    目前的普通塔吊都是悬空起吊装料箱，操作人员通过升降架到达塔吊顶部实施作业，升降架下坠事故常有发生，传统的抱闸、曳引摩擦力及安全钳无法彻底根除升降架下坠事故的发生，在有风的情况增加控制难度，同时增加断绳的危险，给地面工作人员不确定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷，提供一种新型塔吊安全升降装置。
其技术方案是：包括底座、支架、液压缸、滑轮、滑轮槽、钢丝绳、升降架、滑道，底座上部固定支架和液压缸，所述的支架的顶部设有滑轮槽，滑轮槽上设有滑轮，钢丝绳穿过滑轮连接升降架，支架上设有滑道，升降架与滑道之间设有滑槽，其特征在于：所述的升降架的底部设有卡槽，所述的卡槽内设有伸缩杆和弹簧，伸缩杆连接弹簧，所述的弹簧通过连接杆连接钢丝绳。
所述的升降架的下部设有支撑杆。
本实用新型的有益效果是：保证施工人员的人身安全，减少了意外事故的发生，当钢丝绳有拉力时，伸缩杆被拉入卡槽中，升降架可以正常工作，当钢丝绳发生断裂或抱闸失效造成没有拉力时，伸缩杆就会在弹簧的推动下伸出卡槽，支架上，将升降架7牢牢卡住，防止下坠。

所述的升降架7的下部设有支撑杆13。
当钢丝绳6有拉力时，伸缩杆10被拉入卡槽8中，升降架7可以正常工作，当钢丝绳6发生断裂或抱闸失效造成没有拉力时，伸缩杆10就会在弹簧9的推动下伸出卡槽8，支架2上，将升降架7牢牢卡住，防止下坠，保证施工人员的人身安全。
