本实用新型涉及一种橡胶硫化设备，具体属于立式自动硫化罐的蒸汽输送结构。
背景技术
橡胶硫化过程设备，一般为板式和罐式硫化罐。开启方式为快开门式，不仅效率低，而且使罐盖与罐身频繁相碰，影响设备强度和寿命。
实用新型内容
    本实用新型的目的是提供一种立式自动硫化罐的蒸汽输送结构，实现了罐盖自动开启，安全可靠，运行几年来，各项技术指标均满足工艺要求。
    本实用新型的技术方案如下：
立式自动硫化罐的蒸汽输送结构，包括有罐体，罐体内设有内筒体，内筒体上端安装有托盘，托盘上放置有硫化橡胶，硫化橡胶上压置有压盖，罐体上连接有两条外进汽管、两条内进汽管。
所述的进汽管、内进汽管中安装有减压阀、疏水器。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果如下：
(1)本实用新型用于胶带的硫化，也适用于石油化工、制药、医院杀菌、消毒、食品等行业。结构如图1所示，内罐通饱和水蒸气(最大工作压力为0.8Mpa)，夹套内内饱和水蒸气最大工作压力为0.45Mpa，使胶带在内外压力和温度的作用下实现硫化达到工艺要求，胶带的型号不同，硫化时间也不相同，要求开启与关闭罐盖迅速灵活,减少能耗，提高了生产效率。
（2）主要技术参数：直径φ1400mm，罐体高度630mm，内罐设计压力1.0 Mpa，设内计温度183℃，工作压力0.8 Mpa，工作温度174℃；夹套内设计压力0.5 Mpa，内计温度164℃，工作压力0.45 Mpa，工作温度154℃；焊缝系数0.85，腐蚀裕度1.5mm。
